  I’m giving Sadie 5 stars for her wonderful and terrific customer service. From the time I walked up she was extremely friendly, professional and patient. I liked her beautiful smile. She went above and beyond to assist me with my credit card application. In addition, she informed me of other incentives at a later time. I would definitely recommend this location.

  Very incompetent employees. Ineke was the sales associate and she was unable to process my refund correctly. Wasted so much of my time!

  I’m addressing this because this is the second time this has happened to me this lady in the red blazer saw me walking through the door with a large bag and when she see me walking towards her she walked away from the register and when I asked her if she can help me with a return or she said no, I have to go to the department I’m returning. She didn’t know what items I had in my bag they could have been men’s. I do all my shopping online sometimes I buy things that don’t fit so my expectations are that I’m treated equally whether I’m coming in to make a return or a purchase nonetheless a group of girls on the other side of the store by the kids department helped me and they were really friendly. I have been shopping with Nordstrom for years and I know that you don’t have to go to the department you purchased from any department that can take a return, and she simply did not want to assist me.

  Palmer was absolutely great! I came in needing a belt for an important job interview, and he immediately took the time to assist me. He helped me choose a belt that paired perfectly with my outfit and made sure everything looked professional and put together. What really stood out to me, though, was how personable and encouraging he was. Before I left, he gave me some genuinely kind and motivating words about my interview, which I truly appreciated and carried with me going into it. Excellent customer service can be hard to come across these days, but Palmer is a great example of what it should look like. He was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me—not just making a sale. That small interaction made a big difference on an important day for me. Thank you, Palmer, for the outstanding service and encouragement. You definitely made my experience a memorable one, and I hope your management team recognizes the level of customer service you provide!

  associates are rude and wont pick up the phone - manager is also rude who will hang up the phone on you
