- KSKatie S1 day ago4.0I had a really good experience with a bra fitting here with Brandi. We hit a bit of a rough start at first as I wasn’t measured correctly by another employee, but that is mostly on me because I showed up earlier than my scheduled appointment time so my fitting specialist wasn’t available yet. However, once Brandi came in the experience was great and I am very optimistic about my bra purchase! First time ever getting properly fitted, so fingers crossed this bra will serve me well and I will be back for many more :)
- NSNP Style3 days ago1.0I visited the Chanel counter at Nordstrom today 7/6/26 around 12:49PM intending to purchase several Chanel beauty products. I understand the associate was assisting another customer, but she looked directly at me, swung her hair, and continued helping the other client without so much as acknowledging me or saying, “I’ll be with you shortly.” That simple courtesy would have made all the difference. Instead, I felt completely ignored and unwelcome. Rather than wait any longer, I left the store and placed my order online the same day. I was prepared to spend several hundred dollars, $354.04 by the way, but the in-store experience didn’t reflect the level of service I expect from either Nordstrom or Chanel. Every customer deserves to be acknowledged, even when associates are busy. Unfortunately, that basic level of customer service was missing during my visit.

I called today wanting a shopping bag for a purchase that i made online today, to only get put on hold by customer service, and then to be told by rude manager by the name of Oscar that it wasn't possible. The customer service was awful.
