I called today wanting a shopping bag for a purchase that i made online today, to only get put on hold by customer service, and then to be told by rude manager by the name of Oscar that it wasn't possible. The customer service was awful.

I went looking for a cologne for someone very special, and even though it was not immediately available, the staff went above and beyond to find it for me. Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the whole process. What made the experience even better was the beautiful gift wrapping they did for the cologne. It looked elegant and thoughtful, and it made the gift feel even more special 🎁✨ Excellent customer service like this is hard to find. Thank you for making the experience so smooth and memorable!

I spent 45 minutes walking around the men’s section looking for a suit, shirt, tie and belt. Budget: $2500-$3000. During this time, not one employee offered me assistance, help or even acknowledged me. I saw a lot of employees chatting with each other or looking at their phones. Since I would be paying a premium price for their products at this store, I expect premium service. In these days of dwindling mall traffic and luxury department stores going bankrupt; Saks, Neiman Marcus, etc…, I would think Nordstrom would realize the value their customers place on service.
