  I had an exceptional experience at Nordstrom today, thanks to Jerome. His customer service was truly top-tier—he was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive to my needs. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Jerome is a great representation of what outstanding customer service should look like, and he absolutely deserves recognition for his efforts.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars for Yanni! I had such a great experience shopping at Nordstrom! The Anniversary Sale had just ended, but we still decided to shop around, and I’m so glad we did. Yanni was amazing! She was nice, energetic, fun, and truly a breath of fresh air. She walked me over to the Kurt Geiger section, showed me different items, and even gave me information about some upcoming pieces. Her personality and customer service made the entire experience feel personal and enjoyable. She wasn’t just trying to make a sale, she made shopping FUN! 🛍️💕 Yanni definitely made my Nordstrom experience top tier and gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me!

  I would like to preface I have been shopping with Nordstrom for thirty years and when I say I have NEVER in thirty years had such an experience I MEAN IT! I was waiting in line to do a return in women’s shoes, the associate informed me to go to the other register she had to go to lunch, no problem. I went to the next register guided by Manager, Stephanie. She cleaned up the area and the associate blankly stared at me. Keyuana C. WORST employee of the Nordstrom family. She silently began to process my return, no acknowledgment, no words, no eye contact- I even asked how is your day? Everything ok? Again- no acknowledgment. Zero. I had to confirm the return was done before completing the next. No acknowledgment I asked AGAIN she responded with a roll of her eyes and said YEAH- I handed her the next item- same non verbal communication, eye rolls and even a puff. She couldn’t figure out how to process on two different forms of payment and the employee saw the awkward behavior and tried to step in. The interaction was so blatantly rude and uncomfortable even my daughter walked away. When I finished she literally chuckled. I am not sure what is funny other than her bizarre behavior. My suggestion- avoid this employee as a consumer. As management - I suggest finding a new employee - ANYONE would be better. Literally. Find someone off the street. If they can SPEAK, acknowledge, I don’t know even SMiLE they are ahead of this atrocious employee.
