  I have had the pleasure of working with Haylee at the Mayors Rolex Boutique in Lenox Square, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. What sets Haylee apart is her genuine commitment to me as a collector, not simply as a customer. From the beginning, Haylee took the time to understand my existing collection, my interests, and the types of timepieces that would best complement what I already own. Rather than focusing solely on what was immediately available, she helped curate a thoughtful wish list based on what truly fit my collection and collecting goals. That level of care and long-term perspective is rare and greatly appreciated. Her communication and follow-up have been consistently excellent. Whether providing updates, answering questions, or simply checking in, Haylee always keeps me informed and engaged. On the occasions when I stop by the boutique, she and the entire team are incredibly welcoming, creating an environment that feels personal and enjoyable every time. Most recently, Haylee offered me the Rolex Oyster Perpetual 41 "Celebration" (often referred to as the 100 Years dial), an incredible watch that perfectly complements my growing collection. It was another example of her understanding my tastes and helping me acquire pieces that truly belong in my collection. Haylee and Mayor's Rolex Lenox embody what a luxury watch professional should be: knowledgeable, attentive, responsive, and genuinely invested in her clients' collecting journeys.   I had an outstanding experience at Mayors, thanks to Sosa. He was my sales expert and made the entire process enjoyable from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me find the perfect gift for my wife. The level of professionalism and customer service was exceptional. If you’re shopping at Mayors, I highly recommend asking for Sosa. Five-star experience!

  I visited the Rolex store at Lenox Square today and met Amr Ahmed, who was very attentive and kind. The place is very welcoming, and he treated us wonderfully. I asked to see the new 41mm Oyster Perpetual model—the one celebrating the 100th anniversary—and it is indeed a beautiful watch. He also showed me a stunning 42mm rose gold Sky-Dweller.
