I visited Mayors Rolex at Lenox again today and had the pleasure of meeting Guilherme, who turned out to be an exceptional and very kind person. I brought two friends along to see the Rolex store at Lenox, and we were made to feel very welcome. Guilherme offered us water, coffee, and anything else we might like to drink. I asked to see the new 100th-anniversary Oyster Perpetual model again, and he also showed me the all-gold GMT. I highly recommend that anyone who hasn't yet visited Mayors Rolex at Lenox Square Mall go there and ask for Guilherme or Amr. I wish everyone at Rolex all the best.

Had an amazing experience at Mayors working with Stephen. He was incredibly friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and just a genuinely great person to deal with. We ended up spending hours talking about watches, cars, and all kinds of other things, which made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. Stephen never made the experience feel transactional or rushed. He really took the time to get to know me, and I enjoyed our conversations just as much as I enjoyed purchasing the watch. Couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. I’ll definitely be back to work with Stephen again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great experience at Mayors.
