  This my second time review the service here .i feel so disappointed with the manager here .on April I drop my ring for sizing here ,the lady help me that ,she said the ring will be ready about 15 days ,but I wait over a month the lady text me my ring has some damage,I Am so sad for ask pictures and she send me wrong pictures which is not my ring pictures.after over a week I went to check my ring for sure they break my ring some scratch on top easy to see and inside the stone has a clear line can break the ring in two pieces,the lady also say when I drop my ring not look like that .so I got a manager talk to me they will send back the ring to the factory.after another two week I go meet him ,he say There is nothing wrong with my ring .i Am so disappointed with this .and he show me the record receipt they change the discretion on the paper which is not allowed ,when I say I need talk to the vice president,he try to not give me the phone number.that is unprofessional to be a manager.will never come back

  I came in not planning to buy a watch, but I did so…and it had nothing to do with pushy sales people or anything like that. When I walked in, they were attentive and personable. Kenny and Nicole were awesome to work with, and I will send my business to them in the future. What a fun experience.

  I visited for the first time at this location. Katania D assisted me in opening an account to register for the Oyster Perpetual Watch! She may have been in a bad mood, but thats no excuse to treat a first time customer poorly. -Rude tone -Uninterested to show the product -Rushing to take the watch off of my hands… Completely unacceptable! Not sure if it was because of my skin color or what but it was really a bad experience.

  Do not trust them with your watch to get repaired, and the customer service and communication in general is horrible not only did they lose my watch once but they lost my watch twice, I waited four months just to get an estimate that’s all I ever wanted. They never gave me an estimate or updated every single time I called. They had no answer for me. Saying that they don’t know what to tell me. Got a call from a manager Finally turns out they went ahead and did a movement overall and that they have the watch at the shop I need to be picked up. They weren’t gonna charge me OK that’s the least they could do. was supposed to pick it up Monday but could not because I was out of town. Tried to call, no one answered, so I went on Tuesday. They did not know where my watch was. I sat there for 45 minutes as they continued to tell me, they don’t know what to tell me, there’s no Manager or anybody that can get him into the safe room and I need to come back tomorrow. but because the Manager told me last Thursday the watch would be ready to be picked up it should’ve been Quick and easy They did not know where my watch was, So I left and then they called me 20 minutes later they found the watch came back pick up my watch with no paperwork because they said there’s no paperwork no proof of anything that actually got done to it so I had to call the next day to get some type of paperwork, horrible experience
