Dakota is the ABSOLUTE BEST! She is so kind and knowledgeable. from the moment we went into the store, she helped guide us and even offered to pick out clothing pieces that fit our style. She is beautiful and amazing!

Unfortunately, this hasn’t been an isolated experience at one location—I’ve felt the same way at other Madewell stores, even in different states. I can’t say for certain why this happens, but as a customer, it leaves me feeling unwelcome and singled out. It’s disappointing because shopping should feel comfortable and enjoyable, not stressful or scrutinized.
