  Yesterday my daughter and I had the best experience at this store! Raven was so sweet and entertained my need to be chatty😉 Selisa was also extremely sweet to bring my daughter apparel she thought would look good on her. From the moment we walked in until we left, all the staff was so sweet! If it wasn’t so far from home I’d use this location every time!! xoxo

  We came in for a bag, and had Manu at the checkout. She was AMAZING. Never before had I felt so appreciative and heard at a store before. She was friendly while still professional, and she made the experience here all the better.

  I had such an amazing experience at Lululemon, all thanks to Naya and Selisa. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel so welcomed and genuinely taken care of. They went above and beyond to give me a personalised shopping experience, really taking the time to understand what I was looking for and offering thoughtful, spot-on recommendations. Their knowledge of the products was incredible, and they made the whole process feel effortless and enjoyable. It honestly felt like having my own personal stylists. The level of care, attention, and professionalism they showed was unmatched. Impeccable customer service, I couldn’t recommend them more. Naya and Selisa are a true asset to the lululemon team!

  Went to exchange a pair of shorts I ordered online for a bigger size and tried to purchase another pair since I was already there. The female cashier there was so rude and dismissive. I informed her that I have an account and would like to scan for my discount and she told me that the account was already pulled up from the exchange receipt. After checking out, I realize I paid even more than I originally had for the first pair, with no discount on top of it all. Went back inside and asked her why is it more than the original price and why is the discount not applied and she told me that “the discount only applies if I’m buying the items for myself, not men items” and that “it will flag my account”; that makes no sense, I have never had this issue before at any other location and why did she assume that the items were not for myself just because THEY label it under “men”.. didn’t want to make a scene so I left and now have to go to a different location to return the items and stick to purchasing online to prevent this issue. I didn’t pay $80 for a pair a short and extra inconvenience. Everyone else was really nice but the cashier was not. Unfortunately she was the only one at the register.
