- SFStephanie FolsomMay 1, 20262.0I passed by 3 to 4 different employees none of whom spoke to me or offered to help me as I rifled through a stack of jeans trying to find my size. As a matter of fact, two of the employees were standing less than 3 feet from me carrying on a personal conversation, ignoring the fact that a customer was standing near them and needing help. On the plus side, the store was very clean and organized from what I could tell. The lack of customer service was very disappointing. I will not be back.
- MWMelanie WonFeb 11, 20251.0Misleading and pushy on applying for a credit card to get a discount. I called in the manager, was very apologetic and said they were talked to the cashier that gave me the credit card, but I’m very frustrated that a card came in the mail That I now have to cancel. I understand they have incentives to push credit cards, but they need to be more clear about what’s going on.
