- JJJane5 days ago1.0I went into the store the other day to purchase some clothing items. While at the register to check out, I observed a manager speak condescendingly and rudely to a sales associate. (this is assumption of their job titles based on the managers words to the other employee) No one should ever talk to someone in the way that the manager did. I couldn't believe what I witnessed. I will choose to shop at a different J.Crew store from now on and I will inform corporate of this managers' behavior!
- LSLinda SchneiderOct 8, 20265.0Was in the J.Crew factory store in Buckhead yesterday. Ty helped us and was absolutely the perfect Customer Service person. We had gone into J.Crew at Lennox and was very disappointed with the customer service. Ty greeted us, made eye contact and went out of his way to be extremely helpful. Best customer service I’ve had in his store in a long time.
