I love Gorjana and have been purchasing jewelry from them for years! I was so excited when I came across the store on my day trip to Atlanta. Amari and Madeline were so unbelievably helpful and kind. I was trying to figure out a stack that would look good with one of the pieces I had recently gotten as a gift and they were so helpful! They also went ahead and exchanged one of my necklaces for a new one because of the warranty the necklace had faded a little bit, but I credit the fade to the fact that I wasn’t taking it off very often, and they still went ahead and exchanged it for me.

Amazing Service ! Went in today with my guy to help pick out Valentines gift, after visiting store in December and receiving great customer service. Amanda helped us today, she was super helpful, friendly, and patient while we looked at the vast selection. There is a Fine selection with 14K, diamonds and a Fashion selection with a beautiful collection to choose from. So happy to have a great place to continue to visit to find more beautiful jewelry to enjoy!

The quality of this jewelry is not anywhere near the quality I was expecting. The Parker clasp is very difficult to open and close and they do not except exchanges or returns after 30 days. Since I purchase this item for my daughter back in October for a Christmas gift… I am stuck with a useless $55 necklace she cannot wear because it is too short. We will continue shopping at Pandora, because the quality is much better there.
