  I am utterly disgusted by the product served to me from this Roswell Rd 30342 location, along with the lack of customer service! I received a surprise EA delivery yesterday. My child loves white chocolate covered strawberries, so I gave her 2. She said the strawberries tasted sour. I looked closely and noticed the strawberry leaves were wilted, dried out, brown on the tips, and hard/crunchy. I noticed most of the strawberries were over-ripe or gone bad. We were eating the white chocolate off of them as we were driving. When we came to a standstill traffic stop, I had the chance to actually look at what was left in the box. To my utter dismay and disgust, there was a hair set into the white chocolate on a strawberry! Even worse, I saw another hair stuck in the white chocolate of yet another one! I called the EA location IMMEDIATELY, 5 times in a row as a matter of fact, before 5pm, but they never answered the phone! I had to Google the corporate office customer service number, which I was finally able to get through to a representative. The rep had me email him proof, confirmed it, and filed an escalation with the EA location. He placed me on hold for a while to make several attempts himself to reach someone on site at that location, but no one answered his calls either. He said they would contact me in 24 hours for a resolution to try to make it right. The only resolution is an immediate refund, I am sick to my stomach at the thought of my child and I swallowing hair from/in an Edible Arrangement. My all time favorite treat has been ruined! To add insult to injury, 27-28 hours has passed but that location has never tried to call me nor email me to apologize. Their voicemail is also extremely unprofessional and needs to be redone as well. Furthermore, their employees and franchise owner should start wearing hairnets when preparing the edible arrangements! I sure hope they do the right thing and swiftly refund the person who placed this order IN FULL!!!

  I love this place, especially this location. It keeps my girlfriend happy and me out the doghouse.
