  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sabrina Ali was absolutely wonderful and truly made my visit stand out. She was warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely went out of her way to help me. You can tell when someone actually cares about the customer experience, and Sabrina absolutely does. Honestly, this is one of the best DSW locations in the Atlanta area. The store is always clean, organized, and easy to shop, and the entire team has such a welcoming, positive energy.

  I made a purchase from the Buckhead Loop location. Their associate Sabrina Ali is a terrible representative of the brand, so snarky and extremely combative. Could not be bothered with a simple request of ordering another shoe from online to be shipped to me. I asked if anyone else could take over, she sent her manger on duty, who helped with the request but definitely not friendly whatsoever. I’ve shopped with DSW throughout the years and so do some friends and family. Definitely not going back to your brand after this experience. Sure I’m just one person and won’t make or break sales numbers. Maybe I convince a friend or two to stop shopping with your brand, either way, what I do know is that I'm probably not the only customer being treated poorly by your associates at this location.

  Just like other reviews left here, they refused to acceot my unworn shoes for a return. I spoke with two ladies (one was the manager) and they spoke to me like I was an idiot and had zero semblance of basic customer service. I almost never leave reviews but I was just so appalled how rude these women were over $65 dollar shoes.

  Went on 13 July at around 5 pm. The buckhead store. Nasty rude woman. Wouldn't be bothered to reply or even answer our simple query if a shoe was available. our question was if she would be able to help us locate the shoe. And she she replied, 'what so you want me to tell you I don't understand?' Extremely rude. Will never shop there againnor order from this store .

  I bought 3 shoes and was finding the 4th and upon checking out I kindly just asked the cashier / sales rep about if she could look up a shoe. She was a cashier and I simply asked a question regarding a product to which she rolled her eyes and made snarky comments and sarcastic responses. To that I simply said okay and walked out because you can simply and kindly respond without disrespecting customers. For this purpose I will not be going back because kindness is everything. There’s no need to disrespect a customer who just bought from you too.
