⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Consistent, Top-Tier Service at RRL Atlanta
I’ve been working with Charlie at the RRL Atlanta for the past 2–3 years, and the level of service has been nothing short of exceptional.
Even though I’m based in Naples, Florida, Charlie is always incredibly responsive and keeps me dialed in on pieces he knows I’ll appreciate. What really sets him apart is the in-store experience—whenever I make my trips to Atlanta (usually a couple times a year), he’s ready to greet me with selections already pulled and waiting to try on.
That kind of attention to detail and consistency is rare these days. Charlie goes above and beyond every time, and it’s the reason I continue to come back to this location.
Highly recommend stopping in if you’re in Atlanta—you won’t be disappointed.

I am a RRL stan. And more generally, a Ralph stan. I visit the Boston shop at least once a year. If I could, my wardrobe would be ralph, and he my personal stylist. And to put a pin in it - i think RRL jeans are the absolute best jeans you can buy (cowboy boots next!)
This review has nothing to do with the clothing, first off. Second, RRL is relatively small batch, so it makes sense the store is small and intimate.
My only docking is for the attitudes of the staff. Now let me come out and say it - i’m not the guy who walks into RRL and drops $3000. But as I said, I am a die hard fan, and i tell everyone i know. It would be nice if you at least showed me how the store was organized and where to find certain things, and then let me linger.
I left without so much as a “see ya later”, and thats fine, thats commerce. But when the boston flagship gives me a tour of their most exclusive collections (and demands my wife tries on the $1300 pants they know we arent buying - yet, but someday), and Sid Mashburn shows me their giraffe after a fresh beverage - it just feels like this store’s aloofness is working against it.
Still love ralph, still love RRL. But this store needs a bit more oversight.
The best customer service ever!! Gabby is an amazing asset at RRL! Whenever I need something or cant locate an item for purchase she is always able to find it and have it sent to me in NYC! Thank you Gabby!! She is a great asset to your company!! A++++ top notch go to person!!
