  Lovely little Ralph Lauren store. Location is lacking a little, deck parking abd a few 10 minute spots. Charlie provided great, friendly service.

  I’ve been to my fair share of Ralph Lauren locations over the years, but this Double RL store completely sets the standard. A massive shoutout to Charlie! He was incredibly professional, genuinely knowledgeable, and carries an effortless personal style that fits the brand perfectly. As a former RL associate myself, I know exactly what excellent service looks like from the inside, and Charlie absolutely nailed it. He made the entire experience seamless and memorable. Management, please give this guy the recognition he deserves. He’s a massive asset to this location. I will definitely be back.

  The best customer service ever!! Gabby is an amazing asset at RRL! Whenever I need something or cant locate an item for purchase she is always able to find it and have it sent to me in NYC! Thank you Gabby!! She is a great asset to your company!! A++++ top notch go to person!! Thank you!!
