  Super disappointing experience at this location. I took my girlfriend in to try on jewelry and get ring sizes. What could have been a memorable and fun experience for us was stale and left a sour taste in my mouth. The DAVID YURMAN sales representative that “helped” us did not greet us, hardly spoke with us, and asking him to try things on his felt like pulling teeth. We won’t be returning and I will not be buying from this brand.

  Had a positive experience at David Yurman shopping for a ring. The experience was positive and comfortable. We were well taken care of by Summer Tabrizi who helped us make an informed choice and decision while finding the design we liked and sized us to fit perfectly. The selection is great here from simple to fancy and the store is clean and well maintained. Having 14 years experience Summer did a fantastic job taking care of us. 5 stars for David Yurman in the Lenox Mall and thank you.

  We have spent thousands of dollars over nearly the last two decades at this David Yurman location, and stores in NYC, Chicago, and boutiques at Neiman and Saks just to name a few. Unfortunately, my recent visit to pick up a jewelry repair completely ended any relationship we will ever have with this brand. Today, an associate named David flat-out refused to serve me. When I was bypassed in the queue for someone who walked in long after me, I asked the front queue coordinator and David himself for clarification. David responded with a smug look, refused to make eye contact, and continued ignoring my presence entirely even while standing feet away. ​While the store manager and another associate were quite apologetic, an apology doesn't erase the humiliation of being treated like I do not exist in this store. Further, as an African American customer, it is impossible to ignore how easily luxury retail gatekeeping and racial bias rear their ugly heads when someone doesn't seem to fit a narrow mold of who employees think "belongs" in their store. ​True luxury is defined by how you treat human beings, not just the price tag on the items. After years of patronage they have permanently lost a lifelong customer. Take your money somewhere it is actually appreciated.

  Shocking lack of security and accountability for a luxury brand. August 21st,2026 I am utterly appalled by the security failure and dismissive customer service I experienced at David Yurman at Lenox Mall in Atlanta GA. . I purchased a piece of jewelry online for in-store pickup, designating myself and my son as authorized collectors. On August 14, 2026, I received an email stating the item had been picked up yet neither my son nor I had gone to the store. After investigating, David Yurman’s loss prevention team confirmed that someone walked into the store, presented a fake ID falsifying my son's identity, and was handed my pre-paid piece of jewelry by the store employee. A theft occurred under their roof despite an in-store security person being on site. When I brought this to their attention, management acted as though nothing serious happened, offering to simply hand over a replacement piece and sweep the security breach under the rug with zero follow-up regarding the identity fraud committed at their counter. For a luxury brand that commands premium prices, I expected rigorous security protocols and basic concern when a customer is victimized in their store. Instead, they treated a criminal security failure like a minor inconvenience. Beware of having your store-pickup orders compromised here. (August 22, 2026) Update: Following my previous experience, I want to share a positive update regarding the store's response and corporate support. Today, August 22nd, I was able to successfully pick up my piece of jewelry. The store personnel and assistant manager present today were exceptionally kind, professional, and supportive during my visit. Additionally, the regional manager personally reached out to express sincere sympathy regarding the incident and confirmed that all relevant information has been secured and will be promptly provided to law enforcement to assist with their ongoing investigation. While the broader situation regarding the theft remains under active investigation by the police, I appreciate the prompt intervention and support from corporate leadership and today's store staff to help resolve this matter.
