- SHShonta Holmes1 day ago3.0We go here for our scented Shea butter and black soap. They have many different scents. We purchased some a few years ago. It was awesome. This time around it wasn't as good. The soap seemed to be very watered down and the scents aren't as pleasant as before.
- LNLinda nickles5 days ago4.0I ordered the roadside burgers and they were ok, and I ordered the salad wedge with pecans, apples and ranch dressing; but the salad didn’t have the apples. I told my waiter and he said that he would take it off my bill; but will bring me the apples anyway. He came back after we flagged him down, and he said that they were cooking, he brought us the bill but never brought the apples. Overall, my food was horrible!

- RWR.J. WMay 12, 20262.0The mall is NEVER busy, but they've now sectioned off parking that used to be free and now charge for it. They're trying to bleed customers for all they can get from us. I'm sure the mall will close in the coming years just like Greenbriar mall on the West End, due to falling foot traffic. When I saw that they're making people pay to park, I immediately thought to myself that I won't be going there too much anymore! Lenox Mall doesn't make you pay to park and celebrities shop there. The food court is also pretty terrible. They have 3 things in the food court: Burger King, Chic-Fil-A, and mystery meat Chinese food. The only good thing about this mall is Round 1(which is way overpriced for the minimum entertainment), they have a coupler of mid restaurants and the fact that you can return things to stores that you bought from online. The 5 star reviews are from people that work there. THROW THE WHOLE MALL AWAY OTHERWISE!
