  Not a great experience with customer service. He greeted us when we walked in. When I asked to see certain shoes in a size 42 I would like to try on. He had an issue with that. He gave attitude!! He said “ NeNe from the Real Housewives of ATL wears a 42 and she never tries the shoe on!” I replied.. what does that have to do with me? I know my size, I try on every red bottom I buy. The cut varies with style. He then, rolled his eyes .. I said.. no worries, I’ll walk down to Saks. Went to Saks ( always wondered customer service there) the lady had no issue with anything I asked of her. I purchased two pair of 100MM Leather Pumps from Saks. That should have been my first stop!! They have never have Stirred me wrong. And there’s a reason why the majority of my red bottoms have come from Saks. I’ll never go back to this Christian Louboutin again. I received better customer service at Christian Louboutin in Paris, Miami, NYC. Georgia and their terrible customer service needs to be studied! Just awful.

  Very unfortunate and poor customer service. Wanted to shock my wife with her dream heals. Waited about 10 minutes to be helped(in a near empty store) and the lady was pretty cold throughout the entire experience. I’m not sure if it’s because we didn’t wear designer clothing or look a certain way, but we decided not to buy.

  Carl is so kind and accommodating. He truly makes this boutique experience special. When I visited he was assisting 3 customers including me individually and was so attentive to each person.
