  Simon is absolutely amazing! He has been so helpful throughout the entire process, and I really appreciate how attentive and communicative he has been. He kept updating me with pictures and updates as my shoes were getting fixed, and he was always so helpful and understanding. The customer service was excellent, and I’m so happy with how everything turned out. I definitely recommend Simon, he’s amazing!

  I will never go in this store to shop again - I walk straight over to Saks Fifth Avenue and not only got better customer service purchase three pair of Louboutins from an amazing young man! I have traveled the world and this has to be the worst customer service I have ever received at such an upscale store!;These people in here need some type of training for excellent customer service for superb customer spending quality money for expensive shoes! When we walked in we did not get greeted and there were three employees their first we were approached by an African-American employee that had a standoffish attitude and was not attentive at all! He bought my sister and our first shoe and then he disappeared and then found a Caucasian man that was walking around the store and he bought out some more shoes that we were trying on and then he disappears! Somewhere from in the back appears a Caucasian young lady that offered her services and she was nice but we ended up giving her the shoes back that we had tried on because at this point we were very disturbed by our treatment and the poor customer service and went to Saks Fifth Avenue to make our purchases

  They dont answer their phone, no way to leave a message. The staff is horrible also, went into the boutique to have a metal clasp on shoe repaired. No help, no customer service. I bought a pair of shoes for $1500 and they treat you like garbage. Buy Prada, LV, Hermes, anything else instead.
