  They dont answer their phone, no way to leave a message. The staff is horrible also, went into the boutique to have a metal clasp on shoe repaired. No help, no customer service. I bought a pair of shoes for $1500 and they treat you like garbage. Buy Prada, LV, Hermes, anything else instead.

  Back in July 2025, I visited the boutique to purchase a pair of graduation heels, specifically the Miss Z. I came in with my partner, who intended to purchase them for me. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing From the beginning, the sales associate seemed dismissive and repeatedly tried to steer me toward the Cassia instead of the shoe I had specifically asked for. When I inquired about the Cassia in white, she looked at me as though I had asked for something absurd (she literally said “now you’re [I’m] doing too much” like ew?? let’s have some professionalism??) and stated that the colorway did not exist. The interaction felt condescending and gave me the impression that we were not being taken seriously as potential customers. Imagine my surprise when I found that exact white Cassia at Saks less than a week later. In hindsight, I’m glad I chose not to make my purchase through the boutique, as the customer service experience did not warrant earning a commission from the sale.

  One of the worst luxury retail experiences I’ve ever had. My mom and I stopped in to try on a few pairs of shoes we had seen online. Unfortunately, no one greeted us or offered assistance. After waiting for some time, I had to walk to the back of the store and ask an associate for help. He appeared to be on his phone and acted as though I was inconveniencing him by asking for assistance. When he eventually brought out the shoes I wanted to try on, he spoke to me in a condescending manner and even suggested that I should go shop at Saks instead. I was genuinely shocked by the interaction and the lack of professionalism. What made the experience even more disappointing was that it was completely different from the excellent service I received at the Dallas location when I purchased a pair of shoes there previously. The contrast was striking. The entire experience was off-putting, and I ultimately chose to take my business elsewhere. Extremely disappointed and won’t be shopping at that location again.

  I went her to purchase some shoes for my daughter college graduation. The black who complete my sale was great, however there was others who overlooked me. I feel if you walk in looking like the average Joe, you will not get the same experience as someone who walks in with a botox enhanced face.
