  As a high-ranking Google reviewer with over 11 million views, I rarely leave negative reviews. Unfortunately, this was without question one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. As soon as I walked in, I felt a bit unwelcome... like I was interrupting someone's lunch break. As an owner of two Rolex models GMTII Bruce Wayne and Deepsea James Cameron , I came ready to purchase my 3rd Rolex, only to be told that the model — with an MSRP of approximately $7,050 — was “not available.” However, the exact same watch was sitting in the store as a “used” piece, showing minor signs of wear, missing the original box, and priced at $11,500. What made the experience even more disappointing was being told by the sales representative (Kelly) that it will take "years" before I receive a call from their so-called “waiting list.” I can clearly see others reviews below that clients were able to purchase and walk out with their watches only if they spoke with Maria or Amar .....And others were called just weeks after they register... I was told "years" for a Oyster Perpetual 41mm As a customer, it’s difficult not to feel manipulated by this practice. If the watch is physically available, why not sell it at retail price and replace the inventory when new stock arrives? Instead, it creates the impression that desirable models are intentionally diverted into the pre-owned market to justify massive markups. Why sell a watch at MSRP when it can simply be labeled “used,” separated from its box, and resold for 25–40% above retail? For a luxury brand experience, this felt far more like artificial scarcity and marketing manipulation than genuine customer service. I will gladly like update this review ..if / when the store eventually contacts me from the “waiting list.” for an Oyster Perpetual.

  We had an excellent experience visiting Brown & Co. Jewelers and working with Christian. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and calm throughout the entire appointment. He took the time to explain the details, history, and stories behind Rolex watches in a very engaging way. Although we already had some prior knowledge, we definitely learned several new things from him. Christian also made sure we had the opportunity to try on different watches and compare several possible variations so we could better understand what matched our style and preferences. He never made us feel rushed or pressured, which made the experience very enjoyable and comfortable. We ultimately registered our interest for the watch we wanted and left feeling very positive about the entire visit. Christian also followed up by email afterward and was very responsive. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we truly appreciated the professionalism and care we received.

  I have worked with NIsha Goel at Brown & Company on various jewelry and watch appraisals over many times over the years. She's wonderful to work with- very pleasant and very professional, and she provides beautifully detailed appraisals with very quick turnaround time. I have recommended her to others before and will continue to do so.
