Luxia!!!!!!!! (I’m not 100% sure of the spelling of their name) Is and was amazing and very informative without judgement of my silly little questions and countless requests for assistance!! I will most definitely be returning to this location for future art supply needs. 10 STARS to both employees who opened the store on Saturday 6/27/26. Very friendly, patient, knowledgeable.

First time visiting this location; it's a little tricky to find a parking spot, but I did. The place is a haven 🤭🤭🤭 for me, who loves everything they have in the store; it's difficult not to spend too much 🤭🤭🤭. The price is fair for the quality and brands. I will try to visit more often. The staff is awesome too.

extremely friendly and helpful staff. I called to inquire if they have the same stock of jewelry beads from online in store and was told they had tons of beads. So I walked a half hour since I don't drive and they had a single row of beads. Outside of one container of pink seed beads, a string of wooden mushrooms, gold alphabet block and a clear sting of flowers........... they were ALL astrology beads. And even then there were so few beads that you could complete a single project of any kind. I did even spend 3 minutes in the store before walking another half hour back home in the rain. It deeply annoys me when staff is dishonest about stock just to get customers in because now......even though they almost exclusively have items for painting projects.....I am now completely unlikely to return for the appropriate project. I'll take my chances at another store despite this one being in my community. Great staff, should work on product knowledge or maybe ask if there is a project said person is working on to clarify. I was also told they have a lot of yarn but there's only an end cap of cotton yarn in limited colors but not enough color of one skein to complete anything larger than a hat, scarf or small plushie. This is a paint, drawing and frame shop. NOT a craft shop by any means

This is about as close to a mom-and-pop art store experience as you'll find in Atlanta. Everyone is welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. The store itself isn't huge, but it's packed with everything a creative person could need. As someone who is relatively new to the art world, I've found the staff to be incredibly encouraging. They never make you feel intimidated or inexperienced. Instead, they're always willing to share knowledge, offer helpful tips, and point you in the right direction. What really stood out to me was the customer service. I recently completed a special tribute art piece and got myself into a bit of a pickle after applying resin. I wasn't sure how I was going to move forward, but Stan in the framing department took the time to look at my project, discuss options, and help me find a solution. What impressed me most was that he treated my project as if it were his own. He wasn't just trying to sell me a frame—he was genuinely invested in helping me present the artwork in the best possible way. The solution he came up with not only solved my problem but actually enhanced the overall presentation of the piece. In a world where great customer service is becoming harder to find, Stan and the team at Blick reminded me what it looks like when people truly care about their craft and their customers. Whether you're an experienced artist or just getting started, I highly recommend stopping by.
