- NWNatasha WilliamsMay 5, 20261.0had a really disappointing experience at American Eagle today. While I understand that technical issues happen, the way it was handled was unacceptable. The store’s systems were down, but the salesperson took far too long to communicate that clearly. We stood there waiting with little explanation, only to eventually find out that we couldn’t complete our return and would have to come back another time. What made things worse was the lack of basic professionalism. The associate assisting us appeared visibly sick—sniffling and wiping her nose with her hands, then continuing to handle merchandise and receipts. That alone was extremely off-putting. The manager didn’t improve the situation. There was no real apology or effort to resolve anything—just a loud, dismissive attitude that made the whole experience feel even more uncomfortable. As I walked away, I could hear staff talking about me, which was completely inappropriate. Overall, this was a very poor experience from start to finish. Between the lack of communication, hygiene concerns, and unprofessional behavior, I would not recommend this location.
