  extremely rude staff. my husband and I came in to purchase some jeans and he wanted to try them on. We have never been to this specific location before so my husband went to the fitting rooms and the cashier with locs says to my husband “the line for the fitting rooms is over there” my husband then turns to me and says “theres a line for the fitting rooms?” and then the cashier goes “yeah theres a line for the fitting rooms, other people wanna try on stuff too”. The tone and look on this employees face was as if he had asked a stupid question. When he wasnt even talking to this employee first and foremost but even if he was, this employee had no right to speak to him that way. i then say “oh it was just a question hunny” and the employee goes “i didnt mean it like that” I bet you didnt after i checked you because who are you talking to like that? the gentleman that was working the fitting rooms however was absolutely awesomeee. loved his customer service and loved that he helped my husband find a good pair of jeans! He definitely saved the experience because my husband and i were completely pissed after that interaction with the cashier up front and contemplated on leaving but he really needed new jeans so we stayed.

  Very disappointing experience at the American Eagle store in Perimeter Mall. I went in to return a shirt I had purchased online and received just this week because it arrived with defective stitching. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the employee and manager refused the return and were extremely uncooperative and rude throughout the interaction. After reading other reviews, it appears I'm definitely not the only customer who has experienced problems with returns at this location. Customer service should not be this difficult, especially when dealing with a defective product. This experience has completely turned me off from shopping at this store. There are plenty of other retailers nearby offering similar prices, better quality clothing, and far better customer service. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

  I needed a size small in a romper and the only one left was on the mannequin. I asked someone who looked like they were about to change the clothes on the mannequin if I could take it and switch it out with a different size and he said no. He told me I could try on a different size and have them order a size small at the register from online. So you’re telling me that the clothes on the mannequin are not also for sale?? Then why does it have a sale tag on it? Weirdest experience. We left without buying anything.

  This is the worst store i have ever been to. The staff is disgusting and rude. I left the line because I was fed up and not gonna give my money to an establishment that can’t be nice to people or even acknowledge their presence. If you ever want to come here just don’t it’s a waste of time, and you will leave mad and unsatisfied for some overpriced clothes.
