  I shop here, often. Today, the service was horrible. I asked to used the fitting room a couple of times and on each occasion, the Hispanic cashier asked to carry my items to the back and also insisted that I give him my name and number to write on the mirror outside of the dressing room stall I was occupying. I’m not sure what any of that was about. While trying on the selected items, I noticed an advertisement posted by the employees for an additional 15% off of your purchase in store. I scanned the QR code for the coupon and asked for the cashier to apply it to my purchase. He asked, “How do you get a coupon but you aren’t a rewards member and you said you didn’t want to apply for the credit??” I stood there in awe but I told him that it’s literally posted in the dressing room. He went on and on about how he felt that coupons shouldn’t be used by anyone that wasn’t a member for rewards. It really made me upset but I purchased my items and left the store. I’ve never seen this guy in there on any of the occasions that I’ve shopped here. Usually another crew that’s pretty professional.

  Worst shopping experience ever. The black female manager & the Hispanic cashier were acting rude and treated me like I was shoplifting because I provided a coupon code that was on the dressing room mirror that gives you 15% off for signing up. I was also told that I was grabbing items that were priced regularly and trying to purchase them on clearance. I will not return to this location.

  Can we have some professionalism in AE. I was shopping in AE and I was waiting by the fitting room as I was waiting for a fitting room the store manager Clifton made eye contact with me and multiple people waiting at the fitting rooms and walks past all of us to call another associate to come let us into the fitting rooms when that associate was visibly busy. I thought it was very rude and disrespectful and he shouldn’t be working there if he’s going to treat the customers and his associates that way. This AE is a place of class and he’s made it classless ! Those poor employees! FIX THIS NOW !

  This location has the worst selection and I always feel like I Am being rushed when I go there. Come on you guys get some better inventory!!
