  My HG and I had such a great experience at ALO in Atlanta Lenox! Kamorah was absolutely amazing. she was so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire visit. She made us feel comfortable and really took the time to make sure we had a great experience. Customer service like hers definitely stands out! Thank you, Kamorah, for making our visit so enjoyable. 💕✨

  OMG me and my nursing colleagues were going to visit here to buy out this store We were going on a retreat and all 20 of us were going shopping as a group But the reviews are Horrific We are about Saving Lives Not Being Nasty and Terrible to people So glad I read this before we went

  Please BEWARE of this store. The cashier, Jocelyn (red/orange hair), asked for my phone number. I politely declined. While checking out, I noticed that someone else's phone number and email address had been attached to my purchase. When I questioned Jocelyn, she claimed it was "ALO policy" and that if a customer declines to provide a phone number, the previous customer's information automatically populates. That explanation didn't sit right with me, so I called ALO headquarters—and they confirmed that this is NOT their policy. This is completely unacceptable. No customer's personal information should ever be attached to another person's transaction. It's a serious privacy issue and incredibly concerning. Please double-check your receipt and make sure the cashier is not attaching someone else's personal information to your purchase. If this happened to me, I can't help but wonder how many other customers it has happened to. This experience was bizarre, unprofessional, and a major breach of trust. I will never return to this store.

  I love this location shout out to Tanisha. She’s amazing. We love her. She has an amazing spirit so bright and beautiful and everything she does in that location is really amazing. He’s extremely helpful and very passionate. Great service.
