My TikTok was banned, and I’m trying to get my appeal approved. I was only saying positive things about ALO. I’ve also seen other creators say their accounts were banned for mentioning ALO. As a Black TikTok creator, I’m concerned this may be a case of racial profiling or unequal enforcement, especially since many of the creators reporting this issue appear to be Black. Please manually review my account and explain what guideline I violated.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A huge shoutout to Avery, the Store Manager at ALO Lenox Mall! She was absolutely amazing and truly took care of us from start to finish. Her professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made our experience exceptional. You can really tell when someone takes pride in what they do and goes above and beyond for their customers. ALO definitely picked the right person for the job! Avery is an incredible manager and a true asset to the team. We felt welcomed, valued, and well taken care of the entire time. Thank you, Avery, for making our experience such a great one! If I could give more than five stars, I would! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Looking for great customer service and a good selection? Make this Alo location a stop for you. Rodney and April were TOP NOTCH! Friendly, honest, patient and kind are just a few words to describe my experience. Management is well run, associates are friendly. When you step into the store, you feel like a priority, not a number. Thank you for making a memorable experience for me April and Rodney! Keep up the good work.
