This Aerie location is truly a disappointment. Every time I come in no one welcomes you or speaks to you. If you ask someone for a different size in the back or for a dressing room they get all bent out of shape. They act like it’s an inconvenience for them. Most of the employees there are just straight up rude & don’t have a good attitude. How about be do our job & actually make coming into to Aerie a good experience. I found some cute things there but after my experience of everyone being rude & passive aggressive it honestly made me not want to buy ANYTHING that was in my hands. So that being said, I left the store frustrated & without anything. They really should train their employees better. I would honestly just order online rather than coming in this store….

I went to this arie yesterday and I don’t know if I will be purchasing here again. The employees actually like their aren’t trained and are very rude. I asked an employee if they had this shirt in a different size and the girl was acting if I was speaking a completely different language. She acted as if it was inconvenience for her to check the system. She ended up not know how to look for a different size (probably cause she was untrained) and had to ask several other people for help. Later in the dressing room the same girl was acting like a complete child. There was clothes everywhere and she put us in a room with clothes everywhere in it. I was also waiting 5 mins for her to talk to me and say “do you need a room” when I had multiple clothes in my hand….maybe they only hire incompetent people.

Jaela and KeKe have been so good and patient with me.It's not easy for me to find what I like and what fits well. They were both beyond helpful and truly understand how to serve in a genuine manner. I will ask for them next time for sure!!
