- EJEveryday JadeSep 18, 20265.0Moe was AMAZING!!! She came to me with excellent customer service and helped me right away! She greeted me and asked me if I needed any help and I expressed what I was looking for and my personal concerns. She explained different Jean styles to me and helped me pick out multiple options. When it came to my fitting room experience she was always there if I needed anything. Ultimately I came In just for a pair of jeans for work but I left with something more than that. To summarize I never like shopping for jeans and personally I have been struggling with some insecurities with recent changes in my body but moe was not only understanding and compassionate but she poured into me beyond the traditional retail experience. She is exceptional at her job but is such a lovely woman. American eagle you have an exceptional employee!!!
- ASA. SJul 4, 20261.0Terrible quality. I bought a pair of active shorts for like $40 and they didn't last a week. And their return policy is that you don't have to wear them before returning within 30 days. Terrible, terrible quality, and I never recommend it, and I will never go back.

- CDCaitlyn DossJun 13, 20265.0Moe and Rachel were honestly the sweetest and kindest!! So patient helping me find a swimsuit that fits my body and makes me feel comfortable!! So happy with my experience and those ladies need a raise going above and beyond in helping which doesn’t happen often and they deserve all the praise 🩷
- AVAmelia VasquezMay 27, 20265.0Went into this location for the first time just now, walked out with a new outfit and two new bikinis and I really had the best experience in an aerie or American eagle that I’ve had to date. Arya was so so sweet and I could tell she’s a genuine girl’s girl and really took time to talk and make it a personalized experience. There was also a gentleman wearing overalls today that was a huge help, thank you guys!!
