  As soon as I walked in we were welcomed by Kyle Keesling. What a wonderful experience. He helped us out from welcoming to assisting us with our purchase. He answered all our questions and educated us with a lots of his knowledge and expertise. Kyle is very important pillar of Shane Co.

  We have always enjoyed shopping here. I got my wife’s first ring back when we were young and I didn’t have much money. Thankfully, they have a flexible trade-up program and we have taken advantage of it two times now through the years. Today, we had the pleasure of working with Micah. He was incredibly helpful and we felt no pressure. We totally recommend.

  Lelia helped my girlfriend and I pick out an engagement ring this evening. She was very punctual and easy to schedule with. She took her time with us and made sure we felt comfortable and like we were dealing with a friend. We had plenty of laughs and conversations because her personable and down-to-earth personality. I truly couldn’t ask for a better customer service experience. She made this first time experience for me feel like an ease. I can only hope this review reaches the right person to make sure she knows how appreciated she is by her employer and by her customers!

  I walked in sometime in January but was proposed to in July. Katerina(I believe that was her name) was super helpful from the moment I walked in. She went through all the options with me for settings and she brought out the prettiest stone I fell in love and changed my mind from what I originally picked. It was hours and she was pleasant the whole time. She didn't just bring me what I asked for but she made suggestions based on my taste. (A great salesperson really studies their client)She suggested the tulip basket which made my diamond sparkle even more. Her sizing was on point, it sits perfectly and doesn't spin. My fiance gets praises from everyone who sees it. She coordinated everything seamlessly since he was out of town.The flight attendant joked about being blinded by the beautiful sparkle after getting engaged on our trip lol I can't thank her enough. She's amazing.
