  My wife and I went to Shaboo jewellers to sell south asian 22k gold fine jewellery and Shabnam was very nice and welcoming to transact with. She was transparent, honest and offered best prices per the industry standards. Highly recommend!

  Went in for an upgrade of my wife’s engagement ring and Lelia was extremely helpful. She showed up a wide range of natural & lab grown diamonds while giving us great insight of both. Overall we went with lab grown and could not be happier! Her team members Joe and Will were very helpful as well when we came in originally and called over the phone to set up our return appointment. 😁

  For those interested in engagement rings, I would HIGHLY recommend going to Shane Co., this location specifically! All the employees here make sure that the experience of buying a ring is not only enjoyable but also educational and meaningful. They get to know you, and they celebrate and support you every step of the way—and believe me, there are a lot of steps! Most notably, they are incredibly patient with you, and this was so appreciated by us. The store manager Neomi is a top-notch professional who went out of her way to ensure we had our perfect engagement ring ready for our special date. Moreover, Lelia assisted us with an unmatched level of enthusiasm and dedication. Finally, Matthew spent two hours with me finalizing the details and even providing time for me to analyze all the characteristics of my chosen diamond under the magnifying tool. Other staff members have been welcoming, helpful, and supportive as well. Another outstanding reason we went with Shane Co. is their comprehensive (and free with purchase of a ring) warranty. They will replace the center diamond if it falls out which is hard to find at with other jewelers. Overall, we are so grateful for an amazing experience at Shane Co., and we look forward to a continuing positive relationship as we keep up with biannual ring “check-ups” (all included in the warranty!) and purchase more from them in the future!
