  I must say, very unhappy we went w this brand. I picked out a gorgeous 3ct oval w a thin plain band. And what should’ve been the most special day of my life, I got to really looking at my band that night and noticed it was totally scratched all to hell! I go in to figure out what’s going on the next day & the first thing Jon says is ‘what have you been doing to beat this thing up’ yea, he might’ve been joking. But that just wasn’t funny to me. Nobody apologized to me or my fiancé about the band being scratched to freaking smithereens. Nobody had any explanation, no apologies nothing. I was just quickly told to be back in about an hour and a half when his jeweler got back from lunch so they could polish it. Why does a brand new ring need to be polished? & then even after I got it back, not perfect at all. I didn’t have a ton of time to inspect it in store as my fiancé & I were leaving on a trip to Florida first thing the next morning. We paid for a brand new ring. Why didn’t we receive one? & then, sweet Liela, tried pushing the wedding band I pick out on me bc ‘they’re limited stock’ & like I just don’t ever see us buying any jewelry from Shane co ever again. No apology, no explanation, no brand new ring (which, again, is what we paid for) no discount of the display/show ring (which I am positive we got) nothing. Tried to joking accuse me of something what we had started texting them that night. Idk ab Shane co in a whole, but I absolutely would NOT go to this one!! These pictures are from our ‘brand new ring’ AFTER it had been polished. And it’s still scratched to hell. Would not recommend going here ladies & gents!

  I came in to shorten a bracelet and fix another that wasn’t purchased at Shane co and Amber received and welcomed me and helped me out with such patience and kindness. Of course I also had to purchase an extra item because I love all Shane co products!

  The team I worked with was very inviting and helpful. I came in with a description of the ring I knew my partner would love and they went above and beyond with their education and care about my buying process. Amazing benefits and selection offered.   This is not my first time shopping at the Shane company, I would never go anywhere else! Lelia was extremely helpful picking out my son‘s engagement and wedding ring, as well as suggesting a pillow gift, which would always make someone happy. My order was ready in a timely manner. Picking up my ring, Amber was wonderful and helpful and obviously has a very upbeat personality. Your team at the same company is exceptional thank you very much. Another satisfied customer.
