Unfortunately, the blonde associate in the Rolex boutique seemed to lose interest in providing good service once I declined to transfer my account from Buckhead. I understand sales are important, but service shouldn’t depend on where a client’s account is held. This experience makes me reconsider doing business with Watches of Switzerland/Mayors in the future.
