  I usually don’t write reviews, but Nai honestly gave great retail experience. Walking into lululemon, I wasn’t really sure what I was looking for, but she made the whole process easy and comfortable without hovering or trying to oversell anything. She knew the products really well, gave solid recommendations, and actually listened to what I wanted instead of just pushing random items. Definitely ask for nai the next time you walk in.

  I wasn’t allowed to go in the dressing room with my 10 year daughter to help her try on an outfit because it’s against company policy. Which is fine. BUT …Meanwhile I pointed out that the mom and daughter before us were in the same fitting room. Her only response was “oh well we try to in force it”. Pretty sure they are serotyping. Will not return ever.

  Rude and unfriendly staff. Stopped by to get pants that were altered. The asst handed them to me without saying a word. My pants were jammed in a small bag. Extremely wrinkled. I remember when retailers would fold your clothes nice and neat. Disappointing.

  amazing staff yesterday I lost my belongings, and I returned back to the place to retrace my steps however I wasn’t able to find it sadly, but the staff was so friendly that you even returned my call back to see if if I found my belongings. Great hospitality very rare to find in businesses nowadays especially if there’s such a big company.
