  All I have to say is if Emily was my boss telling me and bossing me around the way that she does her coworkers at the fitting room on July 5 at 5:30 PM. I would quit immediately despite everything that I love with LuluLemon because of her poor customer experience that she is giving her employees.

  My friend and I came to this lulu lemon because she needed to exchange sizes for a gift she received for her birthday. we rarely ever shop here so we were excited to see there summer collection, but instead we had a horrible experience at the register. We were greeted by a brunette girl at the end of the register around 1pm, she was very snarky towards my friend about the return process instead of explaining in a nice manner. she ended up helping us but seem very miserable doing so. we were so disappointed by this overall interaction, especially since we don’t ever come. The other girls at the other registers actually seemed like they wanted to be there and help customers, so maybe it was a skill issue.
