  Very nice layouts for the storefront and plenty of places to sit outside as well as an area to allow children to play

  If you’re going to host an event (today was apparently a Kentucky derby party) you better have the parking to back it up. Spending *45 minutes* trying to find a parking spot and being stuck in a complete bumper to bumper road raging standstill in a parking deck is not it. Missed my entire anniversary dinner reservation thanks to the parking fiasco. Do better.

  Figure out the parking situation and pedestrian situation. Lots of traffic jams because of no moderation between traffic and pedestrians. Also, not enough parking for employees and customers, especially during peak times like events, holidays (Christmas, new year, prom, etc.) Why is the 5th floor parking closed constantly, especially during peak times?! I know this doesn't necessarily drive away business, but this has got to get remedied.

  So I just moved here and I love living in Alpharetta right in the Avalon area. However, the clerks in the stores , so I don’t want to give all the stores a bad rap Sephora and Joe Malone have the rudest customer service representatives at the counter, why bother shopping I will buy online and not go in your stores. The young lady at Sephora was so rude. I kindly said to her maybe you need a new job? The woman at Joe Malone handed me a bag with not even a thank you and I said you’re welcome. She of course was embarrassed and I kindly said we usually say thank you when a customer purchases something I don’t know what it is, but very rude customer service in the Avalon stores. I’m hoping it gets better.
