  Right when I walked into this Alo, everybody was extremely friendly and many staff members came to ask me if I needed help. There was a line for the fitting rooms, but the staff were very efficient and got people in quickly. I highly recommend shopping here!

  Such rude staff. Every time I’ve been in the store they have been so unhelpful and don’t even give anyone a second glance. If you ask for help they will reluctantly go and find what you’re looking for but they’ll just make you feel like crap for having them do their job. Today I went in the store and was immediately greeted by nasty looks and all the workers shared a glance. One of the workers walked right up to me and said they closed in 5 minutes and I was ordered to “look around quickly.” I have worked in retail and I know for a fact you should never speak to your customers that way, let alone tell them that you are closing. I love alo so this has been really disappointing.

  Rude unhelpful staff. They just stand around looking useless . You’re supposed to help people. Not looking at the wall or sizing up ppl while ur working an hourly minimum wage job.

  I’ve always shopped alo online so when this store opened I was like let me go look in store. Went in today and the sizing available. I wear a small in most things from here and the only things that had more than once size to choose from were the leggings. This store is very small and crowded. There are several staff standing in store but nobody will help find the correct sizee. Will not be back.

  I loved my experience with alo in this specific location, I was surprised on how helpful a employee could actually be, Jess was the most helpful and honest employee ever in life, she is really a good example of what a great employee is someone who goes further that the goal.
