  Walked in on a mission today looking for a set that isn’t sold in stores anymore or possibly sold out. Chloe was extremely helpful in trying to assist me in locating the Golden Hour set. Although you didn’t have it in store I appreciate you looking and checking and going over and beyond to double check. Other locations have told me in the past a hard no. Lol I appreciate the customer service today Chloe! Keep thriving girly pop !

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great experience at ALO at Avalon in Alpharetta! Omar was extremely helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The entire staff was kind, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. We really appreciate the great customer service and the way everyone treated us. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

  Right when I walked into this Alo, everybody was extremely friendly and many staff members came to ask me if I needed help. There was a line for the fitting rooms, but the staff were very efficient and got people in quickly. I highly recommend shopping here!

  Such rude staff. Every time I’ve been in the store they have been so unhelpful and don’t even give anyone a second glance. If you ask for help they will reluctantly go and find what you’re looking for but they’ll just make you feel like crap for having them do their job. Today I went in the store and was immediately greeted by nasty looks and all the workers shared a glance. One of the workers walked right up to me and said they closed in 5 minutes and I was ordered to “look around quickly.” I have worked in retail and I know for a fact you should never speak to your customers that way, let alone tell them that you are closing. I love alo so this has been really disappointing.
