This was the most unfriendly Aerie I have visited. I entered through the Offline entrance and there was only one associate who was at the register with a customer. I walked over to the Aerie side which had three associates on the sales floor doing tasks. Not a single hello. I then went to the Aerie fitting room to try on two tops. The fitting room associate just looked at me and pointed me in the direction of a fitting room that another customer exited. Usually, the fitting room associate asks for your name and writes it on a board outside your room. That didn't happen. While I was trying on my tops, I wanted to get a different size so I stepped out of my fitting room to see if she could grab me one. She just looked at me and gave me a blank stare so I initiated the conversation and said "I need another size." She didn't offer to grab me one, so I got the size I needed. Customer service at the Offline side was so much better. It was only one associate running the register, the sales floor, and the fitting room. She at least acknowledged customers while juggling all of the above.
