  Poor service i was told the stuff i have dont sale well here but all the busted wore out stuff there i would never touch the stuff can't even clean on the inside of the shoes

  Went today with teen boys clothing! Was told they wasn't taking anything between 1-2,then went back at 2 was told it would be a while before they could get to my stuff went back to check at 4:30 bag was still in the same spot! And clothes was just like I left them but was told nun of my things was good for them! Really you never even looked at any of my stuff!!! The albany Ga store is such a joke!!! They have to many people saying to many different things and no real leader!!

  The customer service here is absolute trash. No one greeted us entering, no one asked if we needed help, no one was smiling or looking happy at all. Seems like they all hate their job or the customers or both.

  Who do we speak to to get something done about all the complaints in the other reviews bc it seems like we all have the same exact problem. Every time I go in there it’s the same exact girl looking through the bags. I don’t mind being straight forward. The clothes she picks is OUT DATED and tore up. Highly priced with stains or already worn over 100x. If you read this girl, please up to date the style of clothing and check what you are picking thoroughly then price it!

  The experience that me and babies had today was VERY POOR. We had several clothes with tags on them.They only went through my toddler clothes that were New. Gave me $2.80 for my Fashion Nova Sandals that I never worn.I took my clothes at 3pm they close at 9pm.I didn't receive a call about the clothes they didn't except so I had to go in the store to learn that they passed on ALL items except for 1.That they were going to keep.If I could give a 0 I would.
