After a purchase of a $80,000.00 boat i have been lied to multiple times and had to make multiple trips to bass pro shop turns out this was the worst mistake of my life like throwing 80 k out the windows or in a fire .only person at bass pro service department is a young girl ...I really hope she finds herself another job pursuing her dreams because they will bring her down to there levels..wish I could post pics here so I could post a screen shot of the text from the manager..I urge anyone looking to purchase a boat or a utv or atv please do yourself a huge favor and go elsewhere... Called to speak to the gun library this morning. Unsure who I spoke with but the gentleman who answered was in a foul mood. Told him to have a better day and hung up. I had a few quick questions I needed answered before I drive to the store but got none of them answered. I said "hello I'm calling for the gun library" the gentleman responded "Yes, how can I help you" I then asked "Hello how are you" and he repeated saying "How can I help you". My quotes don't do it justice but it was extremely off-putting on the call-- I told him "I asked how you were doing but I guess I'll just call a different bass pro, have a better day". For people reading this there are other Bass Pro shops relatively close, I recommend going to them. This is not my first negative experience with the gun counter/library. My last issue was 2 years ago and this is my first interaction since.

I am shopping bows and am considering switching to Bear but want to shoot one and see if I like it first. The tech was pretty uninterested in taking one down and setting it up so I could try it. He said they only take them down and let people shoot if they’re ready to buy that day. In retrospect, knowing that I wanted to test it out and sleep on it for a day or 2. I should have said I was ready to buy and just said I didn’t like the bow then come back when I was ready. Instead I put my cart which had $200 worth of stuff and left knowing they lost out on that money and a potential $699.00 sale this weekend. I can understand that they are busy just ahead of now season. But this is a potential sale we are talking about. One thing is for sure. I will be buying a bow within the next few weeks. It won’t be from Bass Pro Shops.

It's like Toys R Us but for adults. The staff is always pleasant and you can spend hours walking around finding items that you didn't know existed and then another 15 minutes explaining to yourself or your spouse on why you need said item(s).

Good store. Better when it was a Cabela's. Help was non-existent. Fishing dept was solid. UA & HUK Cap selection was disappointing. Fix the roof leaks as its a shame to see. Especially when its obviously been a problem for awhile.
