  I took three EXPENSIVE rings to this guy Dan the owner to repair. I had a total of 7 diamonds missing between the three rings that needed replaced. He gave me a price to replace those 7. After 9 days of having my rings I picked them up today to discover that he had removed a total of 18 DIAMONDS from my rings without asking me!!!! Who does this! Needless to say I was furious. Now I have to send my rings to NY to my Jeweler who designed my rings so he can look at All 3 rings to see what this guy did!!!!! Stay away from here! I should have sent them to NY to be repaired but tried to avoid the hassle of shipping and worrying about them not getting there. Also I had my Rings examined by a previous jeweler in Knoxville TN two weeks Before leaving them at Majestic. They were examined under a microscope and I was NEVER told I had 18 diamonds that needed replaced! Only the 7 that were missing! I will never do business here again! Should have read the reviews before taking them in here looking at the reviews now of what people have experienced here I would have definitely Stayed away!

  My fiancé and I purchased our custom wedding bands here. They are welcoming, very knowledgeable and very patient. Their customer service is always 10/10. We will definitely be retuning for future jewelry purchases.

  Was recommended to come here from a family member that this is a wonderful and trusted jeweler, and the statement couldn't be more true! I came in and was greeted and helped immediately. We took my pieces for appraisal and quotes and I got to browse their beautiful selection of jewelry cases while I waited. While waiting several people asked me if I had been helped yet which was so kind and attentive I really appreciated being noticed and seen and attended to frequently. I got great information about the prices of the pieces I had and left a very happy customer. I will be back here soon for more business for them in the near future for sure.
