- JGJade GordonMay 14, 20261.0I was not impressed with the service here. The cashier had the personality of a rock. I successfully ordered an item for pick up at a location 45 minutes away. The item was out of stock, but still allowed me to complete the transaction.

I drive 45 minutes to collect, several days later when I make time, line up for another 15 minutes as the associate said I have to go to the register. To be told by a rude ignorant guy at the register with no real empathy that you don’t have the shoes and the order was cancelled. And that’s all he could tell me. Very bad customer service both in store and online, why not send me an email telling me this so I would not waste my time??? So annoying!
