- THTony HossairatiJun 13, 20261.0We going to that store every week and we utilize our coupon when we went in there this morning that lady Liz with tattoos all over her she was extremely rude. We asked her to apply the coupon. She was extremely unprofessional. She couldn’t Any English she needs to get fired or she needs to find another job cause she’s blowing customers out of that store left and right especially English speaking ones you ask for help she won’t help her attitude is absolutely horrible and I feel sorry for any customer to go in there we were gonna change the store location, but unfortunately there is another dollar store near us, but she was the worst customer service person I’ve ever seen in my entire life and I hope whoever reads this specially their manager with fire her or reprimand her and teach her how to speak English before giving her a job. Secondly, after she added the coupon, she couldn’t tell us that we needed to buy another $.50 or a dollar worth of stuff to apply the coupon which held us up even more not only can she not take care of the customer she was extremely rude to everyone around her and this is Constance with going on for about six months. We hope that management gets a hold of this and fixes it because this is absolutely horrific and she is a disaster. Do not go into that store. Her name is Liz LUZ no English she speaks no English.
