- EDEdward DDec 12, 20215.0very knowledgeable staff who advised me of the "oops" benefit which allowed me to replace my glasses which were accidentally damaged at a reduced price even though I did not purchase the insurance. I thought I lost my $280 glasses but was thrilled to learn I could get credit for 1/2 of the purchase price toward a replacement pair.
