  In a world full of poor customer service, it was an absolute pleasure to be helped by Katie at the w203 store. She went above and beyond to meet all my sunglasses needs and was very knowledgeable in lenses and styles which I was very happy with. She was so good, she even sold me on the cleaning kit. 😂 Thank you, Katie! Very happy with my purchase!

  I would like to take a moment to recognize Susan for providing outstanding customer service during my recent visit to Sunglass Hut. Susan was extremely helpful, professional, and courteous when she assisted me with adjusting my Ray Ban aviator sunglasses. She took the time to make sure they were adjusted properly and fit comfortably, and she did so with a genuine willingness to help. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude made the entire experience pleasant and effortless. It is refreshing to receive this level of customer service. Susan represents what excellent customer care should look like—professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure the customer leaves satisfied. Thank you, Susan, for going above and beyond. Your excellent service and positive attitude did not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate the time and care you took to help me.   Referring to sunglass hut 3738 on Tanger Outlets in PBL, specifically Miss Samantha, for her knowledge and expertise mixed with professionalism that helped me purchase the product I wanted. Excellent Service for an excellent product on an excellent Store, can’t go wrong but if undecided ask Miss Samantha she will help you find the right pair. But it also doesn’t hurt to check the sale wall, hidden gems to find is all I’m gonna say…

  Katie was amazing! She helped me with a pair of sunglasses that needed repair and was professional, personable, and asked all the right questions. She was also the only person working in the store, and despite how busy it was, she managed to be attentive to everyone while staying incredibly efficient. Katie is an absolute asset to Sunglasses Hut!
