- AMAnthony MartinezSep 21, 20265.0The service was amazing and always there to help especially the employee Alina, she help me find what I was looking for!!! Add photos
- GWGianna WalkinsAug 31, 20261.0There was a nice selection of items. Customer service was poor. No greeting to me or my husband upon entry. Nobody asked us if we needed anything and we were in there for about 15 minutes. I planned on buying two bags but as I waited at the counter I was ignored by all three employees. They all stopped at the counter, as I stood there, did not make eye contact with me and proceeded to walk away. Nobody asked if I was ready to check out, even though I was clearly standing at the counter, items in hand. I will not spend money where I am not valued or respected. This Steve Madden location needs a new team that are respectful and kind to all people.
