- CMClaudia MoraisJul 14, 20261.0Very disappointing experience at the Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store at the West Palm Beach Outlets. The sales associate told me that I would receive 10% off the sweater and 25% off the T-shirts. I trusted the information I was given and completed my purchase. After I got home and reviewed my receipt, I realized that the promised discounts had not been applied correctly. This is misleading advertising. Customers are told they will receive discounts, but when they reach the checkout, the correct prices are not applied. I expect retailers to honor the prices and discounts they advertise. I hope the store corrects this issue so other customers do not have the same experience.

I also have shopped in multiple polo outlet stores in Alabama. Every time I come to the polo outlet store off of palm beach lakes Blvd; I am followed around the store. Today a masculine presenting lesbian (manager) followed me around the store. I had already been helped several times by another employee so I didn't need any help. Just really tired of being racially profiled in THIS particular store.
