  I went to the store today to return an item I had received online, and I had a great experience. Both the cashier and the manager on duty were incredibly attentive, kind, and efficient throughout the whole process. Everyone was very helpful and made everything quick and easy. I will definitely come back!

  The staff is too distracted by the loud music and their headsets to actually help. They just scurry around instead of talking with or listening to customers.

  If I could provide less than 1 star I would. The staff is useless, disrespectful, it’s like pulling teeth asking for help. I refused to purchase a thing and contribute to such rude staffs paycheck

  This was by far the worst shopping experience I encountered. I was followed around the store by multiple staff members . They were communicating on the walkie about keeping an eye on me when I was just literally shopping . I spoke Ashley about the situation where she was extremely stand off ish about the entire situation. I will never shop here .

  I have never in my life encountered a more disrespectful manager in my life !! His name was Jonah. The fact that such an amazing clothing brand can have such a horrible, disrespectful manager running their store tells me enough I will take my business elsewhere!!
