- CLCandria LeeSep 5, 20261.0Debbie SM I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at this location. I initially had a simple question regarding where I could find a particular product. Instead of receiving helpful or courteous assistance, I was met with an attitude that made me feel as though asking for help was an inconvenience. The assistant manager repeatedly gave me her name and made comments suggesting that it was not her responsibility to search for products or assist me in locating what I was looking for. The situation became even more frustrating when I later called the store. She repeatedly answered the phone and disconnected the call, and when I was able to speak with her, her demeanor continued to be rude and dismissive. As someone who works in customer service myself, I understand that employees may be busy and may not always have an immediate answer. However, professionalism, patience, and basic courtesy should always be expected—especially from someone in a management position. I was not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply had a question and was looking for assistance. The way this interaction was handled was unnecessarily rude and left a very poor impression of this location. Management should address this because customers should be able to ask for assistance without feeling like they are bothering an employee or being treated disrespectfully.

- MMMichelle McintoshMay 25, 20265.0I took my niece today for her 16th birthday she has been having trouble finding a good fitting, comfortable bra. Mia was sooo helpful! She helped us right away and measured and found exactly what we were looking for. She had bras available and ready if the one she was trying on did not fit. My niece lives an hour away from this store but will be back to shop with Mia. Thank you so much!
- LLLJul 11, 20235.0Khalia was amazing. The ideal sales person. She made sure we got the proper bra sizes and took the time to make sure everything was satisfactory and more. She genuinely made the shopping experience pleasant and ordered us intimates that they didn't have in our sizes in store. Truly a gem
