  Amazing service and delivery! I just want to highly mention the driver Deasia.I am sorry if i butchered the name but she was incredibly sweet.Went above and beyond in the POURING florida rain to make my mom’s experience memorable for her birthday.She did amazing and will order again from edible arrangements from this experience.She definitely deserves a promotion and to be recognized for her hardworking.Alongside when i was initially placing the order at edible arrangements another worker (I was not able to catch her name) was an amazing help too.It was a pregnant woman at the desk who was very informative and kind to let me know all the different options available for special occasions.Shoutout to the two employees who made my mom’s day one to never forget!Both women deserve praise for their hardwork! Thank you!

  This place is an absolute joke. Terrible management, terrible service. I wish I could tell you about the product but I never received it. Still waiting on a refund after 2 weeks.

  Not only the worst Edible Arrangement store but the absolute worst retail experience I have ever had. Terrible customer service, and the management is abysmal. Ordered an arrangement on Mother’s Day, and paid extra for guaranteed delivery. I didn’t realize that meant they guarantee you will NOT receive your order and you will NOT get a refund. My mother wasted her entire Mother’s Day waiting for a delivery that never came. When speaking to the manager they became extremely irate and did not offer any solutions. The manager threatened my wife stating if she came to the store there would be “problems”. Will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau, and I suggest everyone else affected do the same. Would give 0 stars if possible.

  d they said they couldn’t deliver till 8:30pm which we had Mother’s Day plans and couldn’t just have them deliver because it would be ruined and $70 wasted so thought to make it for delivery on Monday told us from 9-12 thinking okay that’s fine I call at 11:30 a women stated they don’t have any drivers and there waiting so basically need to stay home all day and wait. So then, my husband said he can go pick it up. I called back told the lady can we make it for pick up? She says that is no problem. What time would you be here? I said it in about an hour. My husband gets there. They said it’s already in transit. They took everything this morning and still couldn’t even get us an estimated time. and still couldn’t even get us a estimated time so not only have they wasted our time multiple times for multiple days they gave us a cupcake stuffed animal for our inconvenience. We just recieved it at 2:30 and it looks completely beat up. NEVER USING THEM
