  d they said they couldn’t deliver till 8:30pm which we had Mother’s Day plans and couldn’t just have them deliver because it would be ruined and $70 wasted so thought to make it for delivery on Monday told us from 9-12 thinking okay that’s fine I call at 11:30 a women stated they don’t have any drivers and there waiting so basically need to stay home all day and wait. So then, my husband said he can go pick it up. I called back told the lady can we make it for pick up? She says that is no problem. What time would you be here? I said it in about an hour. My husband gets there. They said it’s already in transit. They took everything this morning and still couldn’t even get us an estimated time. and still couldn’t even get us a estimated time so not only have they wasted our time multiple times for multiple days they gave us a cupcake stuffed animal for our inconvenience. We just recieved it at 2:30 and it looks completely beat up. NEVER USING THEM

  Horrible experience with nasty employees. Julie hung up on me. Never fulfilled my order for my aunt in rehab on Mother’s Day. Strawberry delay allegedly caused problem. Out the money and no product. Shame on you Edible Arrangements for allowing such a garbage franchisee. Leaving feedback as Julie suggested. See photo below. Status didn’t move for two days.

  Imagine calling all day a store to ensure your order would be delivered the order that costed a extra 20$ to ensure delivery today , I am utterly confused on why my mother never got delivered and I had no way of speaking to anyone about this . This is clearly poor management I’ve never had an experience like this in my 36 yrs of living.

  Today in Mother’s Day was my first time ordering here. The products are nice decorated and flavorful, however the delivery experience is not the best considering the order was made many days back. Maybe they can limit orders to ensure they can deliver earlier in the morning. Late afternoon delivery on Mother’s Day is a very bad experience. Prices are not helping either. If on a day like this delivery is early in the morning, maybe the high price might be slightly justified, but that’s not the case either. I’d hardly order again from this place, but hope they can improve

  Absolutely terrible ownership!! Placed an online order for a future pickup order but needed tk cancel shortly after. Called within the hour of placing the order and was told by staff that she would pass along to owner since he is the only person who can do it. Fast forward, I have called multiple locations and emailed over 3 months for this refund and cannot seem to get anyone tk do anything about it. I canceled, never received product and had zero communication so to me this is theft....stay away
