  Van Dell jewelers recently made a men’s ring for me using gold, a tanzanite stone and diamonds all of which I had from jewelry I never wore. I gave them a photo of a design I liked and the ring they created for me was absolutely MAGNIFICENT!!! I have been going to Van Dell for quite a long time and have never been disappointed in the customer service and the quality of their items and work. Alex is a magician with the things he has worked on for me but the ring he made for me is extremely beautiful to say the least. I am overwhelmed with its beauty, size, attractiveness, etc., etc., . Alex you are absolutely the best!!! I had the pleasure of meeting Jack Van Dell for the first time and he is ACES!!! Take my word, do not use any other jeweler in Palm Beach County. This is the only place hands down!! Thanks again Alex, Jack, and everyone who works there. I give them a 20 star rating!!!

  BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. Jack Van Dell is a crook and a liar. My mother brought into his store a platinum diamond eternity band to be resized. Not only did he charge her $500 dollars but the man gave her in return a FAKE diamond band(sample ring) not once but twice. He examined the counterfeit jewelry in front of her when she came to pick it up and still gave it to her. And this man is a MASTER jeweler? How often has this mistake happened? Unbeknownst to him the ring had a twin. When he was confronted he was extremely dismissive and condescending, acting as though we were inconveniencing him. Miraculously on Monday the ring appeared. When we went to pick it up he tried charging my mother $250 and when she refused he got very uneasy about the whole situation. The topper however is when the ring was examined by the original company the ring was bought from it came to light that the diamond was a lab produced diamond and not a naturally formed diamond. The ring was purchased in 1999 and we were told no such thing existed at that time to produce these kind of diamonds. All I can tell you is if you have bought or had any jewelry repaired by jack van dell I suggest you have it check
