  Van Dell jewelers recently made a men’s ring for me using gold, a tanzanite stone and diamonds all of which I had from jewelry I never wore. I gave them a photo of a design I liked and the ring they created for me was absolutely MAGNIFICENT!!! I have been going to Van Dell for quite a long time and have never been disappointed in the customer service and the quality of their items and work. Alex is a magician with the things he has worked on for me but the ring he made for me is extremely beautiful to say the least. I am overwhelmed with its beauty, size, attractiveness, etc., etc., . Alex you are absolutely the best!!! I had the pleasure of meeting Jack Van Dell for the first time and he is ACES!!! Take my word, do not use any other jeweler in Palm Beach County. This is the only place hands down!! Thanks again Alex, Jack, and everyone who works there. I give them a 20 star rating!!!

  Seeing a pattern of bad Attitudes and bad customer service from others as well. I called about getting a ring resized, The guy was completely dismissive and bothered by my phone call. “Said why don’t you bring it to where you bought it from” Cause I bought it in California, i’m trying to give you business, Do you have a jeweler on site that can resize a platinum ring? “Oh, that’s going to be expensive” wouldn’t give me a straight answer about anything, just smart ass attitude - So I went to Providence around the corner. Beautiful store, real professionals working there who were so respectful and accommodating. No reason to put up with a bad attitude from Vandell. I don’t know how many more customers you are going to lose over this, but A little respect and customer service is a simple fix, good luck.

  Came in to have a watch sized and they said “We dont have time for that.” These people have some sort of complex. Take your business somewhere who will treat you properly
