    I had placed an online in store pickup order around 1pm but up until 6pm the store still hadn’t received the order. Nikki tried to call customer service but they were closed and I really needed the sunglasses so I went in and purchased them again in person and for my troubles Nikki gave me a discount and will make sure to cancel the online order when it finally comes through

    Went in because my frameless Ray Bans that I received as a gift had a missing screw. Because they had no available parts for a repair, Nikki was kind enough to replace them for me. Did not expect to walk out with brand new sunglasses, so it was a pleasant surprise. Thank you Nikki!
