  Horrible customer service at the jewelry counter by an older man. He was attending me until a couple came to the area then completely left me , didn’t check in. I wanted to buy myself gold rings , and a diamond tennis bracelet but apparently he thought the couple were going to buy and not me. Loved to see the couple just waste his time and not buy anything , THEEEEEN 20 min later came back to me since they clearly didn’t buy. Nope, I’ll take my money elsewhere horrible experience. Maybe next time don’t judge a book by its cover. Don’t shop with your pockets or what you assume someone has or doesn’t. Do better.

  My partner and I stopped by JCPenney at Wellington Mall with his daughters to find an interview outfit, even though we were all tired and ready to head home. We were so fortunate to be helped by Gabriela — she was wonderful! Her friendly attitude, helpful suggestions, and willingness to go above and beyond made the experience so easy. Thanks to her, we found not just one, but two great suits and two beautiful blouses. Gabriela truly made our shopping trip a breeze!

  JCPenney portrait department...has separate management for portraits. It was an older Spanish lady Lorena a who finalized the sale. However on the online JCPenney portrait website it gives clear active discounts access to the digital files for $60 up to $80 and such but when you go inside they pretty much entrap you and tell you there are no coupons none of those options are available to their specific department and when we asked about our coupon she said it's not applicable. while my partner went outside to check online because there's no signal in the back rooms I had two other families behind me that also got upset at the 210 plus $15 per person session fee the 210 is for digital access only but online it gives you totally different prices and she saw me there and when they showed the coupon she honored it but would not honor it for us until we brought the JCPenney department manager over she the proceeded to hide in the corner behind a desk the whole tactic was just upselling and not only with holding information but when we knew the correct information she told us that she could not do that and that she knew all the rules furthermore there's no complaint higher than her at the moment and their regional manager is unreachable. so I would like the regional manager for the this JCPenney's in Wellington to make this a point to bring up to their management please get in contact with me.

  When trying to reach any department through phone no one answers. I was trying to get information on an upcoming service. The only department that answered was the beauty department, and they did not know the answers to my questions. After 20 minutes of trying to reach someone i finally asked the beauty department to transfer my call to a manager. Alas, my call was hung up on again with no opportunity to leave a voicemail. To my knowledge the manager was present ( according to beauty department), just did not bother to answer my call.
