So I asked to speak to someone who would understand me.. she hung up on me and never answered my recall.. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The telephone to the womens department, (as advised by your customer service department 800 number) just rings and rings and then the call hangs up. I used my personal credit card to make a purchase and decided to use my JCPenney credit card instead. When I received my personal credit card statement it shows that the purchase was not cancelled and therefore I have paid twice. This has been very frustrating as it has been difficult for me to return to the store before my credit card payment is due and I have already paid my JCPenney credit card balance. Why have a phone number on your website if no one will answer the call. frustrated customer
