- JJJessicaSep 25, 20261.0Walked into this AE to return some clothes, not one person greeted me. All the employees were gathered around the registers talking, then became quiet when I passed by them. The manager (older man) had no personality and was unfriendly. Strange experience.
- NJNikki JayMay 5, 20265.0Such a pleasant experience today with Connor and Louis. Not only were they smiling and welcoming when I walked in, they took their time to assist me with a last minute purchase just before closing. In a world where genuine interactions are hard to come by, especially in retail stores, these two have nailed it! I will be back!
