  I really enjoyed my visit to the store. The staff members were extremely friendly and welcoming, making the experience pleasant from the moment I walked in. Additionally, the store was not busy at the time, which allowed me to browse comfortably and take my time without feeling rushed or crowded. The calm and relaxed atmosphere made the visit even more enjoyable.

  So I went with my best friend this past Thursday I have personally never purchased from Lululemon before, but I’ve always heard the hype about everything. My friend got a pink set a top on the bottom for her birthday- and I tried on this beautiful zip up jacket that had a gold zipper that held really well- but when I wanted an all black one, the associate brought out one and it was kind of like a plastic zipper so the size that I previously tried on so it kept falling! And so we had to go up one size because it kept dropping in my brazier area- She assured me that the next size up would be perfect- and I was wearing it to Universal Studios that day sadly to have it drop on me the entire day and my boobs literally just kept falling out of my top. When I got home, I couldn’t find the receipt, but I still have the tag- and I’ve tried to call the store to get in contact with them to see what can be done. I don’t want my money back- I would just prefer to exchange it for the other jacket, but I don’t really know what to do because I didn’t create a profile there either, I do have the credit card that I used. The girl who helped me was very beautiful and sweet- She had blonde curly hair and wore it in a high bun. I wish I would’ve got her name so I could address her directly, but if someone can get back to me on what we can do about this because to spend $150 on a jacket I’m not expecting the zipper to drop like it’s from Walmart.. respectfully

  Online purchase of a gift card but it never went through. Can't get any response out of the company other than their crappy AI. Terrible service.

  Went to the Viera pop up store on my daughters 12th birthday to let her get her first lulu purchase! I was overwhelmed by the courtesy of the employees. One lady was sweeter than the next ! Our salesgirl was upbeat, helpful, and genuinely happy doing her job. When we checked out not only did they ring a little bell and clap celebrating her 1st purchase but they gave her a free gift! It’s rare to walk in a store these days and feel so welcomed and satisfied with your shopping experience. Thank you gals for making my sweet princess feel so special…we will DEFINITELY be back!!
