  The people here act like they hate working and helping people. I have shopped here numerous times and it’s always the same. My presence is an inconvenience to most of the workers. On top of the bad attitudes many workers seem to not know how to do their jobs. I’m new to the area and forgot to give my phone number for a discount. The guy at the register forgot to ask. After payment, I made a comment that I didn’t get the color of the day discount and he acted like it was my fault. We had to call the manager (also bad attitude) up to get a gift card refund. I was shopping with a friend so I just handed her the gift card to use. Well, the gentleman told her she couldn’t use it because he didn’t know how to apply it. Rather than call the manager back he just told us we had to use it another time. Basically, the store size is great but you’ll have to navigate poor attitudes - and they have the gall to ask if I want to round up! Ha!

  Prices are very up now and not much meat left on the bone for the reseller buyer. Combed the store for 2 hours and left with 4 summer vintage dresses and 3 art pieces signed by the artists. A way to put real art on my walls that I can afford!

  Used to frequent this Goodwill. Prices were getting higher and higher but it was an ok place to go for an occasional score. After an experience with a very rude cashier I did not go back for a year and a half. Well I just went back and I can not believe the prices. $9.99 for junky tank tops! It looked like I was in the bargain section but this was the "boutique" section. I went over to the normal section and there was so much worn out clothing that you can buy for half the price new at Target and Walmart! And getting a dressing room is such a pain! Bye bye Goodwill.

  First time shopping at goodwill as I want to find a cross pendant, yes, there was just one right there, tiny small ,on a necklace! it's marked as 925 "silver" , but it looks old and dirty, so I back to home cleaned it, all the "silver " color off, it's a piece of junk. I back to store told the manager Bob asked for refund, he said the sale is final, after back and forth arguing about the dishonestly marked as 925 silver but actually it's not, he said only can give me store credit,but I wanted to back to my original payment method. I felt unbelievable about how he deal with this complain.He was stand many foot away even didn't came to me ask what's happened, just rudely said "the sale is final".It's not big value item, but the way how it sold should concerned about goodwill's reputation. We trust the brand, so we donate, we spend money there ,hope the money go it's way to help more people, but not in the way lie about the goods to make sale, this is totally wrong, if it's not silver then you can’t mark as silver, that's cheat! How people can think this is ok? People donate to Goodwill with loving hearts, how this business treat community back as lying about what they sold? And that manager Bob definitely just simply rejected a customer reasonable request and gave me a very disapointment experience. I asked the boss and the Bob said that he is the boss, is that true? If so I'll never donate or shopping at this store anymore. I guess that I tried to find a piece of jewelry at goodwill is a fool decision from beginning anyway, lessons learned.
