    I love bealls but this store is terrible. The staff is very rude here and it's so bad I don't even want to go back to this location.

    Visiting from out of town, bought a cute pair of shorts that fit and threw out the receipt. Ended up washing them and obviously taking the tags off. Just for the aglet to come off and the string to unravel on them. Tried to get an exchange but because we took the tags off and don’t have a bealls rewards, they refused and made the remark “I keep all of my receipts”. We understand that the tags were not on them, why keep the tags on when we wanted to keep them? But to make smart remarks when we are just trying to exchange for the same pair.. clearly they don’t like to accept returns on their products.
