  The arrangement was beautiful and the delivery driver, Allison, was great. She kept me informed by text and phone call, which allowed me to make sure I was home. If she hadn’t communicated, I would have left for dinner and the arrangement would have been outside in the Florida heat for 2 hours. Excellent service!

  I had such a wonderful experience with Edible Arrangements! The fruit arrangement was absolutely beautiful, fresh, and delicious - it was a gift and it exceeded any expectations that l would have had. What truly made this experience exceptional, however, was the delivery person - Allison. She kept me informed throughout the day about the status of my delivery, and every interaction with her was warm, kind, and gracious. Allison shared that it was a joy to deliver my order and serve our community, and she provided something in one of her texts that really stayed with me: she loves “delivering smiles” to people. It was obvious to me that Allison genuinely loves what she does, and she puts her whole heart into her work. In today’s fast-paced world, where outstanding customer service often feels like a thing of the past, it was incredibly refreshing to meet someone who takes such pride in her job and serves others with such genuine care and enthusiasm. Thank you to Edible Arrangements for not only creating a beautiful, delicious gift, but also for having Allison on your team who represents your company with such kindness and excellence. She truly made my day, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves.

  Frankie at the Valrico location saved our Father’s Day! I had placed an order a couple weeks ago, only to find out it had been accidentally canceled when I went to check the tracking information today. Frankie was super helpful and got everything figured out within minutes and made sure we’d still get our order. Thanks Frankie!

  I walked into the store and Frankie Was very accommodating with it being Father’s Day weekend and you guys are crazy busy I was hoping to just come into the store and pick up an already premade arrangement but she helped me pick out a lovely arrangement for my wedding anniversary tomorrow for my husband and said to give her about an hour, and they will have it ready which was very accommodating, considering it to be Father’s Day weekend I would give her 10 stars on her customer service thank you

  We had a delivery issue with this store. Frankie called us to settle the matter. She was great!!! She made sure we were satisfied and sent us a cookie and cupcake arrangement that was phenomina! Her customer service was the best!! I highly recommend her at the Valrico store.
