  Madison was absolutely amazing\! She handled the delivery with so much care and went above and beyond to make sure my order was received safely. When no one was home, she didn’t want to simply leave the arrangement unattended. Instead, she offered to stop back by on her way back after completing her other deliveries. That level of care, thoughtfulness, and dedication was truly exceptional. Thank you for going the extra mile. You are greatly appreciated!

  Minetta was such a friendly, informative and down to earth driver for Edible Arrangements. You couldnt ask for a better driver. She seriously kept me informed every ten minutes throughout a hour trip and was each to approach and told me exactly what to expect all while being professional and supportive. I say she deserves a RAISE if you want to continue to keep such good employees like her! By the way the chocolate covered strawberries are mmmmhhmmm! Bless you for all your hard work Minetta! And hey if your employer is anything like mine, you get some kind of incentive when your name is mentioned and I say to this.   Madison made this Birthday delivery, absolutely better than a previous experience of an Edible bouquet , which was not pleasant, since everything was mushy and melted, as it was left at front door in the sun, and never had communication with whomever delivered it. Unexpectedly, this young lady Madison, texted me to let me know I was getting a delivery , she was on her way and wanted to know if I would be available, because she did not want to leave it at the door, in the blazing sun. Upon arrival, she texted me again. That little extra step , made this 2nd experience, a 100% better than the 1st time. I was able to receive the fresh fruit bouquet and balloons 🎈 in person, the arrangement was beautiful, chocolate covered fruits were cold, not melted, and soo delicious. I really appreciate Madison's thoughtfulness,she made sure my gift was worth the price paid by my out of state family , made my day so special, and she deserves a shout out, for making me actually want to use the Edible Arrangement an option as a gift in the future. Excellent customer service really makes a difference. Thank you Madison!

  A family member sent my son an edible arrangement while he was on vacation and we had an absolutely incredible experience. Our delivery provider Minetta went above and beyond. She not only kept in touch with me throughout the day, letting me know that my delivery was on the way, but when She delivered the cupcakes she actually sang happy birthday to my son making his extra day special. 10/10 highly recommend! Thank you so much Minetta!!
