    I placed an order for the same day delivery this past Tuesday May 12th. I'm paying for same day delivery of $12.99. when the order did not get to the person that day I sent asking for a refund because I was not happy. And I also called the number and left a message. I get a call from a Caitlin, around 7pm or so that night, stating that they had been super busy because of passed Mother's Day and that they used a third person delivery. And that they said they couldn't find the address and brought the delivery back. Well If they couldn't find the address why didn't they give me a call? She said that she could not refund the third person's delivery and offered to send a cheesecake and brownie I guess for their delivery. She said that she would put in there for the delivery to be on a Wednesday May 13th before noon and for me to get a call letting me know. At 11:55, I called their office to see if it was going to be delivered and the manager Serena answered and said that it was out for delivery but she couldn't track the third person. I am very upset with these people and the company. I wish that I would have read all of the bad reviews because I would have never used them. They kept complaining that they had a system glitch so on and so forth. Making excuses after excuses. For almost $80 bucks for one little small edible arrangement to be delivered and made, it's just ridiculous. I will never ever use this company again and I will also be word of mouth to advise others not to. SO BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY WITH THEIR SAME DAY DELIVERY PROMISE AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

    I am following up on my previous communication. Today, I received a call from Frankie, who expressed sincere apologies regarding the Mother's Day incident. She significantly improved my experience by arranging for a fresh replacement box that meets the company's quality standards. I am very satisfied with her professional demeanor and excellent customer service. All outstanding issues have been resolved. Previous comment: I have been trying to get a hold of someone regarding my Mothers say gift from my son. I was told to send pictures yo an email. I received old strawberries and melted chocolates? I have gotten gifts from eligible arrangements before. This is BAD!!! I have been calling since mother's day with no answer?

    I’m typically not one to complain( as you can tell by all my other reviews) but I’m quite upset at the order I received. My husband spent $260 on arrangements for Mother’s Day for me and his mother. He was so excited for me to receive it. The fruit was not pleasant to eat. All of the strawberries were overripe and mushy, the pineapple and melons were very under ripe and too hard and sour to eat. When I received my order it was room temperature and tossed in the bag face down. As soon as I unwrapped it, most of the chocolate fell off the strawberries. I’m not sure if they were busy with Mother’s Day that they made it in a rush but it was not worth the price and barely edible. I’m incredibly disappointed.

    I'm changing my review because of the quick action the seller took to resolve the issue. They refunded my son and sent another arrangement to me, even added a dessert. They were sincerely apologetic. The problem is not with the seller but the delivery drivers, the replacement arrangement was left at my door in 90 degree weather. ☆☆ My experience was not enjoyable because the driver called me to say she was arriving at my house to deliver an edible bouquet. She asked, are you home?, no, I reply. When will you be home she asks. I reply probably 45 minutes. She says, I'm her last delivery in the area, can she leave it by the front door! I rely, no! It's 99 degrees outside don't you dare leave it outside, It's fruit! I was in the school pick up line, I couldn't just drive home to get the gift. It was stressful and unpleasant. When I opened this arrangement I was shocked at how the fruit looked, she might as well have left it by the front door, it looked awful. I couldn't make myself taste it.

    At first I was disappointed my order did not deliver prior to end of business day. The driver did call but she was still on her way to another stop and would not make it in time so I was forced to request delivery the next day and paid additional fee for the same day before close of business day. I spoke with Frankie originally wanting the additional fee refunded however before I go a chance to request she offered to throw in extra goodies like cheese cake and brownies for the inconvenience and this delivery of for my colleagues in the office so I was more than happy to accept this offer. And that everything will be made fresh tomorrow! Thank you Frankie! This order means a lot and I appreciate your help!!
