  This is the second time my boyfriend ordered flowers from this location, and unfortunately, I’m disappointed with the quality. The arrangement has far too many leaves, which make it look fuller than it actually is. Once you remove the excess leaves, there are very few flowers left. The arrangement looks nothing like the pictures advertised on the website. The flowers also appear old and poorly cared for, which makes the overall presentation look disappointing. I expected much better quality and a fuller, fresher arrangement that matched the pictures online. Unfortunately, this experience has not met my expectations, especially since this is my second time ordering from this location.

  This is the worst experience ever!!! I made a delivery order thru the website with no issues at all and almost 3 hours later , a person named Kathleen from the Valrico store called me to informed me that they have a policy in her store regarding a minimum and my order didn’t meet those requirements. Okkk, first of all nothing related to that was mentioned in the website and second, why would you wait 3 hours to call a customer? All she said was sorry, she mentioned she has tried to contact corporate to fix that on the website, so basically she blamed them, but what about the 3 hours to call me? Who knows! , now my money is not returned yet because also they have a process on that and they ruined the surprise due to the late notice … never again I will order from them and I don’t recommend you to do it!!!

  I placed an order for my sister and I am so pleased with the arrangement and delivery. The cupcakes arrived in perfect condition and the flowers were stunning. A very big thank you to Tyler and the entire team at the store. Brava

  A huge thank-you to Madison at Edible Arrangements in Lithia for taking such excellent care of my father’s birthday delivery! Madison went above and beyond to make sure someone would be home to receive the arrangement. When she realized nobody was there, she could have simply left it outside on the table. Instead, knowing it was hot outside, she thoughtfully called and texted the number provided. This gave us the opportunity to confirm that someone was on the way home so the arrangement wouldn’t be left sitting in the heat. Madison was incredibly courteous, caring, and professional. Her extra effort was truly appreciated and helped make my father’s birthday delivery special. Way to go, Madison! Thank you for providing such outstanding customer service!
