  Less than a star; this place has awful, condescending sales people who talk at and down to you rather than establish rapport. If you purchase a ring and bring it into the store to be cleaned, they take the ring in the back to an alleged specialist who comes up with a ploy to have the ring repaired even if the ring is in perfect condition. This happened to me; they sent the ring up north and Tiffany wanted to charge me $500 to repair a prong on the ring that they said was damaged. The person in the back room makes up a story that the ring is broken to get your consent to send it north, and then the repair people up north inflate the charges saying that the diamond might come out of its setting if they do not repair it. Caveat emptor - let the buyer beware Tiffany is no different from a car dealership that is looking for ways to increase their profits by scamming the consumer. You cannot trust these proprietors. When you get the ring back they do not even explain what was done to repair it but run 'rings' around your questions to misrepresent their actions. I won't go back to Tiffany ever again. Maybe, if I revisit NY I will enter the 57th St store for nostalgic reasons but you can be damn sure I won't purchase a piece of jewelry from them ever again.

  I had such a wonderful experience at Tiffany! I had the pleasure of working with Shania, and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She greeted me right away, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and informative, and truly made me feel valued as a customer. She went above and beyond to make the experience special. I was even offered champagne, which added such a lovely touch to the entire experience. I was especially excited that I was able to purchase a beautiful gift for my client, and Shania made the process feel effortless and memorable. I truly appreciate the level of service and attention to detail I received. I’m definitely looking forward to working with Shania again for my future purchases. Overall, a beautiful store with an exceptional experience and wonderful customer service!

  Visited Tiffany’s for the first time ever to purchase some earrings for my birthday and the entire experience was very pleasant. Arlene helped my with my first purchase at Tiffany’s, she was kind, very helpful and made me feel welcomed. I can’t wait to wear my earrings to my birthday dinner. Thank you!

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Tiffany & Co. I purchased a ring because of Tiffany's reputation for quality, craftsmanship, and luxury. Unfortunately, the ring has now required repair more than once under what I consider normal wear. When I contacted Tiffany to discuss the issue, I was told that the damage was due to wear and that I would be responsible for paying for another repair. What I find most concerning is that a piece of jewelry costing hundreds of dollars is apparently not expected to hold up to regular use. If a ring becomes broken and misshapen through normal wear, that raises serious questions about durability and value. I also asked whether there were any options for exchange, trade-in, replacement, or customer accommodation given my history with the brand. The answer was no. The only options offered were to pay for another repair or have the damaged ring returned as-is. Over the years, I have purchased multiple Tiffany items as gifts because I believed I was paying for superior quality. After this experience, I no longer feel confident that the premium price reflects premium durability or customer service. Luxury brands are built not only on beautiful designs but also on standing behind their products and customers. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Tiffany & Co.
