  Yesterday was my first-ever visit to a Tiffany & Co. store, and it was such a special experience! I had always dreamed of visiting Tiffany’s ever since I was young and watched Breakfast at Tiffany’s. I’ve also wanted a Tiffany key ring for quite some time. I know it’s an unusual item to have on my wish list, but I’ve always loved the style and look of them. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted, and Arlene came over to welcome us and ask if we were looking for anything in particular. We told her we wanted to browse but were also searching for something specific. Arlene took us on a wonderful tour of the store. We admired all of the beautiful jewelry while chatting, and she took the time to get to know us and make us feel completely comfortable. We discovered that Arlene is Filipina, just like my husband, and the two of them immediately bonded over Filipino culture and food. It was such a nice and unexpected personal connection that made the experience even more memorable. I told Arlene that I was looking for a key ring, and she brought out several options for me to consider. Unfortunately, only one of them worked with my key, but there was another style that I really loved. I ended up purchasing two pieces and combining them to create my own custom key ring that worked perfectly for me! We truly appreciated the time and attention Arlene gave us. She went above and beyond to make our first visit to Tiffany & Co. feel personal and special. She is a wonderful addition to the Tampa store and represents the kind of exceptional customer service you hope to receive from a luxury brand. Thank you, Arlene, for making my first Tiffany & Co. experience such a memorable one! 🩵

  My daughter made her first “expensive” jewellery purchase for herself here & Pyke made sure she remembers it for the rest of her life. Staff were great, accommodating and very pleasing to customers.

  Less than a star; this place has awful, condescending sales people who talk at and down to you rather than establish rapport. If you purchase a ring and bring it into the store to be cleaned, they take the ring in the back to an alleged specialist who comes up with a ploy to have the ring repaired even if the ring is in perfect condition. This happened to me; they sent the ring up north and Tiffany wanted to charge me $500 to repair a prong on the ring that they said was damaged. The person in the back room makes up a story that the ring is broken to get your consent to send it north, and then the repair people up north inflate the charges saying that the diamond might come out of its setting if they do not repair it. Caveat emptor - let the buyer beware Tiffany is no different from a car dealership that is looking for ways to increase their profits by scamming the consumer. You cannot trust these proprietors. When you get the ring back they do not even explain what was done to repair it but run 'rings' around your questions to misrepresent their actions. I won't go back to Tiffany ever again. Maybe, if I revisit NY I will enter the 57th St store for nostalgic reasons but you can be damn sure I won't purchase a piece of jewelry from them ever again.

  I had such a wonderful experience at Tiffany! I had the pleasure of working with Shania, and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She greeted me right away, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and informative, and truly made me feel valued as a customer. She went above and beyond to make the experience special. I was even offered champagne, which added such a lovely touch to the entire experience. I was especially excited that I was able to purchase a beautiful gift for my client, and Shania made the process feel effortless and memorable. I truly appreciate the level of service and attention to detail I received. I’m definitely looking forward to working with Shania again for my future purchases. Overall, a beautiful store with an exceptional experience and wonderful customer service!

  Visited Tiffany’s for the first time ever to purchase some earrings for my birthday and the entire experience was very pleasant. Arlene helped my with my first purchase at Tiffany’s, she was kind, very helpful and made me feel welcomed. I can’t wait to wear my earrings to my birthday dinner. Thank you!
