  I bought a pair of oakleys during black Friday and just started wearing them about 3 months ago. The rubber off the sides is peeling. I was told it looks like the glasses were left in the heat but that's not the situation. I was told by Taylor that it's not covered and I'd have to order the parts to fix it. Previously, I wore native sunglasses. I'd recommend those over the oakleys and I'd go somewhere else where customer service is better. Basically every few months I'll have to order this part if I keep these overpriced garbage sunglasses that this store won't replace or fix without making me pay.

  Purchased Oakley titanium from this location, and within 2 days, the gel nose guard fell out and I did not notice until I noticed an irritation. It was a month until I was able to get back to this location due to work travel. I was told by manager, they did not have nose guard to replace, on hand. I ask to take one out of another pair or replace glasses all together. She informed me she could not do this. I said I wanted a refund, and was again told she would not do this due to the glasses, were not in original condition. I found manager of Bass Pro shop, and let him know of my experience. He approached manager of Sun Glass Hut to rectify the situation... to no avail. All parties agreed that a nose guard would be sent to my home when it arrived at store. I gave Sunglass Hut Manager my address and waited, and reluctantly wore my old scratched pair. That was 3 months ago, still waiting. I have purchased many pair from Sunglass Hut, as well as many items from Bass Pro, on a regular basis. I feel Bass Pro manager was very helpful, however I feel Sunglass Hut manager, chose not to do her job, because I attempted to go over her authority. Very disappointed, and need someone to check into this. Maybe this person should get additional training. If in fact this is Sunglass Hut policy, Maybe Sunglass Hut needs more training.
